US Navy Commissary

Always a pleasure to shop at the commissary. Employees are wonderful. The music, it's the best, everyone is singing and dancing a little. Prices are usually good, but this week some items prices had really gone up. I know they will probably go back done.

Staff is always very nice and I like the self check out registers they have now. I do wish they had a better system for sanitizing the carts so I am not blocking people's way while entering the store but that might just be my problem. My toddler loves to look at the lobsters in the tank and gets sad when they "find new homes."

Wonderful place to shop. Disabled veterans must be aware of a surcharge if you use a debit or credit card. It is small but it is a charge. My solution is bringing cash! Great deals and wonderful people.

Fresh produce when you get here early you get a better selection. If not stuff picked over. Meats are best in town

Not the newest but still my favorite.lots of choices and friendly staff. Convenient location next to NEX. Not ON base though. Has an ATM at the entrance. They offer paper or plastic. I wish their self checkout let you have a higher number of items to use it.

Very helpful staff. Nice variety and good prices. Not always competitive prices but it's nice to save sales tax on pet foods and paper products. Support you local bases!

My favorite place to shop for many reasons: low prices, cleanliness, customer service. My only criticism would be the shopping carts. They are taking a beating and are not being maintained properly.

My visit to the Commissary and Navy Exchange has always been a positive experience. Outstanding Custoner Service and the environment has always been pleasant. I especially like the climate of the military community. We have been coming back week after week. We feel very comfortable when we go shopping every time.

This is my "joint" for groceries. Savings go back to military members and their families. Clean, easily accessible. Early hours for special shoppers. Baggers are courteous, friendly and professional

Excellent selection of groceries including hard to find international products. Closed on Mondays. Need ID card for access. Baggers work for tips only. Be generous.

One of the greatest benefits available to active duty military, dependents and retirees. Mayport commissary has experienced several evolutions of initial build, floor plan improvements and expansion. All have improved to where the commissary is today. A wide assortment of offerings to rival what any grocery store in the area can offer.

Great place but one time I had to wake up the ID checker chic. She was literally sitting there, head hanging, and zzzz. I said HI and scared the poo right out of her!

Great place to shop. Sometimes their produce is lacking but otherwise you can't beat their prices and friendly employees.

Very clean, always stocked. Good prices on most items. Walmart has lower prices on most items and better quality meat.

I picked a non busy time to shop and it was a pleasant experience. Wednesday afternoon around 1:00 PM. Employees are always helpful

Store was closed today, but this is where I work so I am there five days a week. Excellent prices, just finished a four day sidewalk sale.

The Naval Station Mayport commissary is a wonderful grocery store for the active duty military and retired community in Northeast Florida. The only recommended improvement I have would be to have more local Mayport shrimp and fish.

This commissary is smaller than NAS Jax but it has everything we are looking for. It is well stocked. Very convenient , well organized and easy to find items. We love this place.!!!!!
