Dunkin'

My morning go to for a quick laugh and coffee. The staff is pretty cool. Once they know you your order is pretty much quick in and out. I'm never disappointed. Somebody is always sharing a quick laugh.

Friendly service and the food is usually spot on. Today, I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese on a plain bagel and received a cold & hard croissant. So not cool. Croissants are disgusting. Unable to drive all the way back and unable to eat now. Even tipped some cash.

Great workers and be mindful they have new employees. If you are impatient and just a person who complains about everything, go somewhere else. We been going here for a long time. If there is an issue, they always fix it.

I wanted to ensure I shared what amazing service Becky the assistant manager at this location gave me. I tried to place an evening online order for 2 dozen donuts but because it was late, many of the donuts I tried to order for our elementary school class had sold out. Becky worked with me over the phone and went out of her way to ensure I was able to pick up the class favorites first thing in the morning for the last day of school and International Donut Day. She took the time to apologize and explain the process at the location and wanted to ensure we were happy with our order. Thank you for service with empathy and enthusiasm- you have a great leader on your hands and we are going to have very excited little 3rd graders this morning!

Updated review bc I couldn't do a new one.
So, in the employees defense they don't make Donuts at this location so once they run out they don't get another delivery until the following day. They can't just go make you some more. Cake decorating is always cute and different then you find elsewhere. Any time I had any issues it was fixed without problem. This location has steady business.

I'm a go to Dunkin drinker. This is a good location, some of my favorite ones have baskin robbins with them.
If you come here often or really at all, download the app for points! It's worth it. Not sure if the Baskins purchases count but I'll find out.

Most locations do my order the way I want it. (However the one on University and Richard roads refuses. As well as the one on Phillips and JTB) I won't be back to those locations.

One of the best Dunkin's we been to, we travel around and love getting our frozen coffees. Great friendly staff, clean store! Amanda does amazing making our frozen coffees for us, thank you! Thank you to all y'all! 🤘🤙✌

I had a great experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Herman did a great job walking through the online order process since I was having trouble with it. His service was on point. Best Dunkin’ experience!

Food is hot and fresh and the coffee is Dunkin' good! I ordered the chicken bacon croissant and cookies and cream iced coffee. The coffee I received wasn't very sweet so I asked for a redo and the gentleman quickly replaced it no questions asked. Very kind staff working hard. Happy to have it in the neighborhood.

On 04/30/19 Desiree S. the Dunkin Donuts employee that took and made my order, was very friendly and ensured my Medium Iced Caramel Latte was made to perfection! The beverage was made perfectly. As I left she told me to have a nice evening!

Yummy frozen coffee. Cashier was nice. Followed up and asked if I was enjoying my drink.

👉Alicia👈 was so HIGH ENERGY and very knowledgeable of each item on the menu that I asked about. My coffee was on point and she never rushed me. Thanks girl and keep that smile on your face-you never know who may need it!
P.S. SHOUT OUT to alllll the cashier's and managers on duty too! Without that tenacious team work, this location wouldn't be as successful as it is now! Keep it up!

So I came in around I’d say 7:07pm & I just finished up a meeting with a client of mine Phil Underwood anyway to make a long story short I personally want to thank the beautiful young gentlemen I believe his name was Michael such an angel also provided fast & reliable service all good reasons why I give him 5 STARS !!!

There's nothing like good donuts and a hot cup of coffee with cable news. I love it. Don't change a thing. If I get tired of it, I'll look the other way rather than be anal. Keep up the good service and excellent product.

Got 3 donuts & 2 small cups of Ice Cream. Oh, so GOOD. stop in & find out for Yourself. Many Donuts & many flavors of ice cream.

Quick service. Good food. Convenient location.
