Great customer service. I had recently changed my plans using the My Verizon app, but did not get the $20 discount for being 55+ that I was expecting. Tim knew immediately what I was talking about, and added the discount to my account in less than 5 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; and I wasn’t even buying anything! (They actually lost money by helping me today.) Could not ask for better service. Thanks again, Tim.

We had an issue with our phone and thought it would be a complicated procedure to resolve. The Verizon team in Alpena, MI were so helpful and rectified our situation very effectively. Tim, Richard and Matthew, the Manager we’re excellent. Top notch and appreciated their customer service!

Pleasant assistant who knew exactly how to get me in and out quickly and satisfied. One of the best experiences with any salesperson in a long time. Verizon has a good person here.

Staff was very helpful

This is my favorite Verizon store. They are competent, have great knowledge on their products, very polite and professional. I have seen some very rude customers and they still treat them professional and polite. I traded in my Samsung Note 7 for a Galaxy S7 and can't wait to have them set me up. I have been in there when the wait was extremely long and no wait at all. All occasions I have been treated great. Awesome employees.

Absolutely enjoy going to my Verizon store to do business! They are fast, prompt and extremely knowledgeable about their products, prices and services!
Best time for service is anytime as it moves quickly...worst time between 7:15 pm and 8:00pm.

The staff is very helpful when you have any problems. If it is within their power to fix it, they will, or they will do what they can to get you the help you need. They are stocked with most of the latest technology and are very well educated in all aspects of their jobs.

Ugh. I get that I am not a super whiz kid at technology, I get that the phone is far more sophisticated than I am, but please.....spend just a little more time teaching the phone. I still have an iPhone i cant use.....

Went back a week later explained my frustration, Mike was super patient, answered every question I had, made sure I understood the process and didn't just do it for me. Made a real effort to teach me the product. Much appreciated!

Needed to have a factory reset on my phone and couldn't do it at home. Went in to store and they were able to do the reset. Nice customer service.
