I ordered from the app and stopped and went in for an apple pie and shake while driving through town. The pie would've taken about 10 minutes to fry, and I wanted to quickly get back on the road. I asked if I could get a sundae instead. She said no problem, I got back on the road in no time. I appreciate the little things they do for their customers.

They employees did not see me walk up to the counter I stood there for maybe 10 minutes before they sprung out apologizing for the wait. The gifted me a free size up on drinks and fresh fries and were very nice. Thank yall so much

Okay, travelled here on the way to a business trip and reluctantly stopped by due to reviews. However, this was a really, REALLY clean esrablishment. Quiet, fast service, and this custom frappe was hands down better than any other McDonald's/Starbucks/etc. I would actually go back just for the same experience, and that's not a quick trip. The only unusual thing was how openly the management and employees talked about not aoproproate work stuff, but if you provide that kind of service then I vote go for it. Please give all of these people a huge raise!

Some of the best McDonald's I have had, just look at how neatly they placed the nuggets in the box!

Most definitely the Most Friendly, and Down to Earth staff I've Ever experienced with Any McDonald's I've visited. Fresh Food, Very Clean lobby and get this. The ice cream machine is Fully Functional! 10 Star Rating!

Great service, especially the lady that was working the window that day with the short hair. She had a very bubbly character and attitude and did great

The use of the McDonald's app was a time-saver. We ordered about 5 minutes out on the app. When we arrive at the store, went to the drive thru window. Told them name, and pulled to to the window they were making drinks so that they were fresh, and food was out the window. Very satisfied with service and food.

I love the place always McDonald's this time I didn't need I went in to use the restroom and I think it was awesome that they have an AutoZone and a McDonald's attached together Good combination customer service was awesome I liked it

Sweetest staff I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s before. There is a middle aged white woman who works here and is amazing. She helped me with my son today and was sweet to him. He ripped something off the wall and instead of being upset she showed compassion.

I love this location. They're always super sweet and make my daily morning coffee juuuuust right!!!

I go here basically every morning and lunch time every other day.The service is outstanding, I dont know what these other reviews are talking about. I see smiles every day and the employees efficiently working to get that food out the window in a timely manner.
Everything I have ordered a Frappuccino I received a Frappuccino. This place deserves 5 star reviews in my opinion.

We stopped here. It was sort of random. We just pulled in off the highway to stop in. (I actually stopped because my body had reached its maximum capacity for storage of urine.) The restaurant is flanked by 2 each golden arches. This got my attention. We pulled into the parking lot. Parked car, got out of car, locked car and briskly ran up to the door, because of the urine i had been harboring since headland al. The door was locked. I began to feel as though i was going to spill over. I went into autozone next door...and thankfully they were open and i released the urine there. We then went to eufaula and ate at taco bell. Hey - check out my jeep!! Cool. Have a great day.

Super nice staff. Fully configured self-service ordering and payment system. Coffee was fresh and fries were hot.

Pretty rare I give a five star, the McDonald's in my town needs to send their staff here to train. My nuggies were lined up in the box, my big mac looked like it was from the commercial, none of that lettuce thrown around every where looking like a tornado just hit the bag. Don't judge, I like a 10 piece on the side of my big mac, because of freedom. My wife's chicken sandwich was dope, ya I took a bite, I do sits once a month so I am covered. Who lines up the nuggets, come on, that's professional!

This was a great stopping point for us on our way back from Panama City beach. The kids needed rest room breaks, and we were all hungry. This place was perfect. It was clean and convenient. Right off the hwy.

This is a busy place! It is situated just off I-10 on Hwy 331 S, a popular route to the beaches in South Walton and Destin. The staff seem to be pros when it comes to getting orders correct and moving customers through the drive through with friendly efficiency.

Awesome job other McDonald’s under cooked my burger went to this one at night and the manager replaced my entire meal. Kudos to this Friday night manager and the great staff of kids who did awesome.

Great customer service, went there after having a bad experience at the local Hardee's and they definitely outshined them in customer service and food quality. Everything was above expectation by a lot!
