Today, I along with my family was traveling to Panama City for summer vacation and noticed I had a blown headlight in the pouring rain. I immediately drove over to Auto zone that was approaching closing hours. Your associate female type (Demetry) went above and beyond in the pouring rain to help me replace my headlight and asked for nothing in return. She was very polite and handled the situation professionally and promptly. She deserves a raise.

I had an exceptional visit. The team there were knowledgeable and friendly. Chris, William, and Aaron were truly exceptional. Thank you for what you do.

Last week we were driving home from the beach and got a nail in our tire. The sealant kit in the car repair kit could not seal the tire and we were stranded on a Sunday in the high school parking lot. No Uber/Lyft was available and I called this Auto Zone for advice on what I could do. Nealine, Damitra, and William were working that Sunday and they could sense my desperation. William came and picked me up, helped me get what I needed to fix the tire, and then drove me back to my car. They saved us from a long wait for a tow truck from Montgomery and a hotel stay and missed work (what the manufacturer road side assistance offered). I can't thank them enough for their dedication to helping others.

The Customer service was unbelievable I was sold everything I needed and more to correct my car issues and I was very satisfied with the extra effort to suggest the essentials needed during my purchase for the oil change actually shopped the products with me to ensure I had the correct parts

Fast friendly service. Replaced my truck battery very quickly and professionally. Easy people to talk to and down to Earth. I always love going in to see them. Highly recommended!!!

Great people! Myself and my daughters were on our way home to Florida from visiting family in Georgia, having some windshield washer issues the whole way, I had already stopped at one other parts store and was told I would have to order the part through the manufacture but I figured I’d give it one more try and I’m sure glad I did...Nealie and Chase jumped on the chance to help out and prove those other guys wrong and that’s exactly what they did...they changed out my wipers and we were safely on our way home!!! A huge thank you to these two!

We just left Autozone in Abbeville and I could not be happier with the service we received. Nealie and Ricky took excellent care of us. I had my 17 year old and his car had the check engine light on. Nealie made sure we had the correct part and showed us how to replace it. They even lended us tools to take care of it in the parking lot. Ricky instructed us on how to clear the light. These people went out of their way to show us kindness. Highly recommend!

I came to this location to fix an issue with the lights on my VW. As I entered the building I was met by a woman with purpose. That woman was Damitra Jackson. This lady knows her stuff, and I can't say enough about how well I was helped. After she found exactly what I needed to repair my car, Damitra did the work herself. Fixed me right up and said good day. In and out, quick and easy.
I am going to come to this location over others, even though live out of town.

We are going from Panama city forida to a cabin in Georgia and an off duty mechanic came and changed our tire. He didnt have to but he wanted to. I dont think any other place would have done this on a Sunday ☺

I love coming to this auto zone, they have the best customer service the store looks great you can find everything with ease they even helped me change out my battery for me.

The staff was very happy to be there the it is a good size building so there is plenty of options for all your automotive needs
