Build-A-Bear Workshop

The staff is always so friendly and helpful! They are all so patient and kind with everyone no matter how busy they are ! It's such a fun place for kids of all ages and yes even us adult kids ! I highly recommend a visit to this Build a bear location ! They have a great selection and if you can't find what you are looking for they will even help you order it in store ☺ The valentines day selection is super cute this year too!

Had a great time! 1st time, my daughter, her son, my grandson, and I had ever been, so it being all of our 1st time made it even more special. I even had a rabbit stuffed for my fur baby with her talking and barking recorded and put in it paw and a special heart that i kissed and placed deep inside Sassy's rabbit. It is so adorable!

Had a great time taking the boys to pick out a new stuffies for Christmas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Went early before the store got busy and crowded.

Was awesome experience. Got my granddaughter her first bear. Such a fun place for kids to participate in the purchase. Makes it so personable and extra special!

My wife and I took our son here for his birthday. They have a really cool birthday promotion where you pay the child's age in price for the bear. We did that in addition to picking out some accessories.

Honestly, as a 20 year old who's Build-A-Bear, this was an amazing expierence. Magnolia, who feels safe enough in the workplace to completely be herself wearing ears, was an amazing employee who professionally dealt with all anxiety and worries I had throughout the process. I left so, so happy with a cute little Sprigatito named Swift who smells like cotton candy! I couldn't have had a better experience!

Took my daughter there to build a bear for her graduation. It was a great experience. She loved it! They had little graduation cloths and since she was in JROTC, she bought a army uniform for her dragon (she got toothless).

This business is Absolutely Wonderful, the employees are very friendly and helpful. We brought Our 3 year old daughter who's about to be 4 to this location yesterday as an early birthday gift. She ended up getting 3 items to stuff, buy clothing for and name them complete with birth certificates for less than $100.00

They have every theme bear for anyone at any age for any occasion! They are adorable and affordable too! They have become a cherished staple to purchase for anyone who's celebrating or someone who really needs a hug going thru tough times. They bring joy and comfort and last longer than flowers or sweets, although those are nice to go along with your bear as well! Love going in and feeling the happiness that makes everyone smile! Riley and the ladies at Build A Bear did a great job with my granddaughter’s birthday party! They kept 9 children of various ages and ability levels engaged and entertained while serving customers who walked in the store. I truly appreciated their patience and good humor!

Beautiful shop!! The place was clean and the people working there were nice and helpful. Plus there was a cool variety of characters and animals to stuff.
I brought my four year old in for her first time at buildabear. She got a pink frog with a superhero costume, that sounds like a minion character. Super unique!!
The next day, I came in and built a rainbow octopus for myself and added THREE scents to it. Full send lol 😂
At the end of both of my visits I qualified to purchase a buildabear gift card, cash value x2 the price of the gift card. 🎁

Awesome experience for my granddaughter as well as for my husband and myself. Be prepared to spend $$ for the kiddies though! It's so worth it! Kudos to the helpful employees!

We went to Build-A-Bear on the “Pay Your Age Day.” It was a super nuts long line and we were crazy to stay. But when we got inside, they were so sweet and patient and kind. They treated our kids like they were the only ones in the store all day. No frustration shown by anyone from all of the crazy they had to deal with. What a sweet and kind staff! It was clean inside, which was impressive given the type of day they had. They had plenty of fun bears to choose from, even after hours of having a bajillion kids. I was impressed, and my kids loved their bears! We found a tear in the seam of one of the bears after we had already stuffed it. One of the employees sewed it up, and was happy to do it for us instead of acting put out. Great staff!

I love this place! Great for kids of all ages (the young and young at heart). I believe I was in my late twenties when I got to make my first bear. My son was young and we each made one together. It was a magical experience and I have returned several times to make more bears and other magical creatures. (The Wonder Woman bracelets in the picture was Not from there.)

Me and my sister came in today and had a great experience! We were helped by Abby and Lizzie who were just the sweetest. Out of all the shops we went to today they had the kindest customer service. Much love! :)
