I went on Mothers day night around 1230 to get my wife a much needed late night snack. The food was fresh and the service was awesome! Many other locations can learn from this!

No lie, I just ate a Dave's Double and it's hands down the best tasting burger I've had at any Wendy's. I can't explain it but the taste was spot on. Just had to say it. They must have a great cook here.

I came here because my wife was at the hospital across the street and she was hungry. Very friendly and super speedy service. I really wish they would bring back the strawberry Frosty though.

Quick service. Great for a late night stop for fast food.

Came in late on a Friday night and the food was hot and fresh and the staff was very friendly. The cashier was a little grumpy but the person putting the food on the tray was very attentive and friendly.

Ordered by the 🚗 service but ended up eating inside, bathroom was clean and food was ok

I was happy to see a clean restroom and restaurant. The workers were in a good mood. They worked well together and my order was perfect. Oh the the food was great. Very smooth running store.

Always serving all the way up till 2AM not like others Wendy's (2200 W State Rd 434, Longwood, FL 32779) that be closing way before scheduled hours (12am they be closing at 10pm with the open sign still ON!), now this location it's by far the best within the area deserve 6 stars!! Good, Fast & Friendly Staff !! At least with me it has always been like this, this feedback is based in my own experience, I know it can be different depending the hours or crew, I usually go here late night.

Customer service on 5/27/2022 was AMAZING. Typically my experience at fast food places isn't anything to make mention of. This night, their computer system was down. I called because my DoorDash order was canceled. The woman I spoke to offered to call me back when it was back up.. and she actually did about 10 minutes later. I decided to go to the store and went through the drive-thru. The guy took my order without issue, asked if I needed anything else, asked questions to clarify my order, and even checked to see if they had cookies when I asked. All with a smile showing through the speaker screen. This continued at the window when I pulled up and decided to change a thing or two at the window (my side and drinks). The woman and man were both at the window helping each other and confirming what I asked for and we just happy to help. A truly exceptional experience in an age where customer service is typically forgotten. Not these people. They are top-notch. I will personally come to this specific Wendy's in the future, JUST BECAUSE of how they treated me and accommodated me well after 11pm in the evening. I leave reviews for bad experiences, but also make it a point to leave reviews when my experience is fantastic. I don't remember their names, but they were both amazing people. Thanks!

I recently went to Wendy's and the experience is better since they started adding numerous things in order to compete with other fast food joints. My favorite addition is always fresh french fries. You could always make your money go a long ways by ordering a four for four or a $5 biggie bag customer service is always great here

As much as I don't want to admit this, I go to this specific Wendy's probably twice a week, and have been doing so for over a year and a half. This is by far the best fast food place I've been, including all other Wendy's locations. The drive through is VERY efficient, it's always filled with cars that wrap around the building, yet I still make it through the line within ten minutes. They get your order, payment and food to you quicker than you can even roll your window up. But the best part, is how sweet EVERY employee is there. They are so nice and their smile really does add so much!! I've also been inside to eat, very fast as well, very clean. I appreciate the employees at this location!

I've never seen a cleaner, well kept up Wendy's. Even complimented the management.. Very friendly staff. Went to a Wendy's in Ormond Beach earlier in the week that was the complete opposite. It was dirty and at 11 a.m. it was not clean, organized and you couldn't even get a cup of coffee. The health department should close it down.
