I stopped in for coffee and got a piece of flan also. Both were excellent!! Four different flavors of flan to choose from. I'm so happy we finally tried this place! Can't wait to try more menu items!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rays Cuban Restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Located in the heart of the Fern Park this gem of a restaurant brings the vibrant flavors of Cuba right to your plate.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with vibrant colors and lively Cuban music playing in the background, transporting you to the streets of Havana.

Now, let's talk about the food. Rays Cuban Restaurant truly captures the essence of Cuban cuisine. The menu is diverse, offering a wide range of classic Cuban dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. I wanted to try every traditional appetizer! But i noticed the empanadas were perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with a delicious blend of seasoned beef and spices. It was a great way to kick off the meal.

For my main course, my sister got the traditional black beans and ropa vieja a classic Cuban dish consisting of slow-cooked shredded beef in a savory tomato sauce. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the sauce had just the right amount of tanginess. It was served with fluffy white rice and sweet plantains, which complemented the dish perfectly. Each bite was a burst of flavors that left me craving for more.

To complete my dining experience, I couldn't resist trying their famous flan made to perfection, and I was not disappointed. It was the ideal accompaniment to my meal.

The service at Rays Cuban Restaurant was impeccable. The owners were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to make recommendations. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu and provided excellent suggestions based on my preferences. And they made me feel like I am on vacation in Cuba. The genuine love and smiles from this couple radiated me to hurry and write this review.

Overall, Rays Cuban Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was lively w a speaker welcoming a good time and the service was top-notch. Whether you're a fan of Cuban cuisine or simply looking to try something new and exciting, this restaurant is a must-visit. I highly recommend Rays Cuban Restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable dining experience.

No frills dining in experience, clean and quiet. From order to being served took about 18 minutes, kind of long for the meal I ordered (see pic) and not being busy but both items were super fresh and tasty so no problem. Cuban sandwich — hot and tasty, salad — chicken grilled well, good portion and made with romaine lettuce. Everything served in styrofoam containers, would have preferred plates dining in. Would go back.

Friendly service. Just stopped by for some coffee and decided to try the flan and tres leches. Everything was really good but the tres leches was the best.

Excellent food. I’ve had the skirt steak and the fried shredded beef, both were delicious. Especially love the sorullos. Come here for tasty affordable meals.

I have lived in the area for years and I love coming here for some good Cuban food. The location I'm pretty sure it's family owned. I will continue to support as long as you keep the good food coming. Please don't hesitate to stop by and enjoy the delicious food. They let you decide when your ready and never rush you. Great business and customer service.

Discovered this Cuban cafe by accident and I am so glad we did. When even all of the customers were speaking Spanish, I knew I must be in the right place for some authentic Cuban food. I got the Authentic Cubano and a couple of beef empanadas. It was very delicious and I couldn't eat all of it, so I had some leftovers. I will definitely be back.

Great pressed Cubans, pork and steak dinners! Meat here is tender and has alot of flavor. The flan was excellent, I absolutely recommend trying a piece. Fresh bread and pastry made every morning.

I had to kill a couple hours while my car's headliner was being repaired by Maitland Auto Upholstery, so the owner there recommended this Cuban Cafe if I was hungry. So off I sauntered on foot about a half mile to this cafe. Now, not only am I a novice on Cuban food, but I've never had a Cuban Sandwich before. There aren't too many Cuban restaurants in Northwest Arkansas. But, I tried their Cuban Specialty sandwich and it was great, the bread was crusty and hard like I've heard it should be, the sandwich was delicious and the sweet tea was delightfully refreshing. They will wait on you at the table, I had expected being so small a shop, I order at the counter and pick up, but nope, they took care of me like I was at a big restaurant. There is outside seating, but after my walk, the cool air was great. It must be a favorite with local Hispanic and folks from a Cuban heritage as there were several groups in there and the owners seemed to know them all. Worth the trip and the walk that day, I'll have to take my wife over there soon. Maybe I can try a different Cuban entree.

Placed a Doordash order Cuban sandwich & Ropa Vieja. Food arrived fast and super hot! Absolutely delicious! Everything was seasoned to perfection and tasted amazing. Best Cuban sandwich!!

Okay I know the white chick going into the Cuban restaurant for a Cuban sandwich is cliché. But the Cuban deluxe is so good~ fries where okay but I'm not here for the fries. The entire menu is served all day. It's awesome. Come eat here.

The café con leche is soo good, the food is always consistently delicious, service is quick and efficient. The staff are friendly, i always love coming here 😌

Found this place as I was at a nearby office and was looking for lunch. I don't get to eat a lot of quality Hispanic food as my options are non-existing where I live so I stopped by based on the reviews. I was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken as I really wanted rice and beans and let me tell you about the yucca frits...mmm... It was so good and a great portion. I wish this place wasn't so far away, I can see why they were non stop preparing food to go. Will definitely venture out again to eat there!

The food here was AMAZING! The Pan de Queso is the best I have ever had. If you want the cute authentic Cuban Cafe, this is the place.

The food is here is the most authentic Cuban food in all central florida. From the pastelitos, to the cafe con leche, to the Cuban toast, and of course the Cuban steak sandwich. I’ve tried Zaza, Cubans on the run, and other spots- none as authentic and delicious as here!!

This place is amazing! I wish I lived closer. Only been here for breakfast-every time I'm in the area I have to stop here. The food is yum. The staff is so great. The coffee is even better with a guava pastry!
