Dunkin'

I’ve seen several recent negative reviews and wanted to share my positive experience. I ordered ahead on the app for in store pickup and the order was ready right on time. I was picking up 3 coffees plus some food, and since it was just me, I asked for a drink carrier. Not only did the nice associate get me a carrier, he loaded the drinks up for me! I didn’t catch his name, but wow, what great service! The coffees and food were all very good and we are grateful for the attention to detail from the entire team.

Got me absolutely hooked on the caramel frozen coffee now. I never really understood why people would like it but I stand corrected

First time going, great customer service.

I don’t usually do reviews but this needs one. I always love going to this Dunkin before I go to work which is very close so it’s easy. This Dunkin always gets my order right and it always turns out so good when I get it. The customer service is also great every time I go there which is a lot. Overall it deserves a 5 star as my go to coffee place.

Love the wake up wraps and the coffee. Also, the Boston cream always hits the spot.

Went in this morning and they were packed. I just want to say they did awesome at moving people through. It was great. The pumpkin cold brew and pumpkin cake donut were the best. You can really taste the pumpkin unlike most places.

A great Dunkin location. I went through the drive through and placed my order. When I got to the window and was given my order they were one drink short. No questions asked, the quickly made the drink and said "no charge."
Take lessons other businesses. Good customer service like I received today from this Dunkin location will now have me as a customer for life. Thank you, Dunkin!! Your employees rock!!

Great different coffees.
I been trying to call this Dunkin they never pick up. Also when I order on door dash or any delivery ap it dose not let me pick sweet cream cold form for my cold brew. Wish they can fix that.

I go to this dunkin often and the workers always do a good job of making the drinks and the donuts are always nice and fresh and soft. When I would order in Pennsylvania the drinks were very inconsistent and would be dramatically different despite me ordering the same thing every time. Here they do a consistently good job. It's nice it doesn't have the long line like the Starbucks across the road. Im not sure why people here in the Midwest don't like dunkin as much as people from the tri-state like me pa and nj especially attracted long lines of customers. Indiana does a better job

I just finished my first apple fritter and man was it good. I really didn't care for the ice coffee Mocha. Drive thru went very smooth and the person at the window was very nice and Cordial.

Very clean! The coffee is delicious and the service was prompt. I felt the young man could have been a little friendlier but was probably nervous because I believe hw was being trained. We were very satisfied and will be back!

Nice little drive through and small shop, with only Dunkin items. Services friendly, and the staff greet you with big smiles. It's in front of a shopping mall area so convenient for snacks and pickups in the morning. There is no access directly from the Road, you have to drive into the shopping area for the entrance . And of course it's good Dunkin coffee and donuts. Love their breakfast wraps.

This is my go to for breakfast every morning. I love their multigrain bagel and coffee, and they have this sale going on now for coffee any size is $1.49 if am right, and their staffs are so nice and well cultured. Everything about them is perfect.

Great place to stop and get donuts for work...honestly I think it is the only place with a drive thru in Avon and maybe even on the West side of Indy. Oh, and about 1/3 less expensive than Jack’s- who obviously think very highly of their product to charge about $15 a dozen for plain donuts! I’ll stick with DD!

The best dunkin donuts who knows how to serve a latte. I like to order a medium iced latte with only ONE pump of vanilla bean syrup. For whatever reason, this DD knows what one pump means. I hate asking for people to remake anything of mine. Other DDs put the original amount of flavored syrup for lattes. It's easy to order a hot latte with no flavor at any DDs. That is my winter time go to drink.
The flip side to this review is... My friend who goes to this DDs thinks it is the slowest. I will say, I have far more patience with fast food/coffee chains than most people. I'm very considerate of waiters and waitresses too. Maybe this is why I rarely notice slow service.

I just went there at 1:30pm and they were fast, friendly, and my food and coffee were made PERFECTLY. kudos to the employees there today; I had a bad experience at square donuts on west Washington so went to see you and I was not disappointed!

I go to Dunkin donuts about two times a week and I love all of the staff there, everyone is so nice and fast, especially at 6:30 in the morning. My coffee and food is always amazing :)

I'm a Dunkin junkie and this is by far my favorite location!!! The staff is friendly and efficient, my food and drinks are always spot on, and even if I do have to wait which is rare I am still pleased.

Always quick and efficient. Understanding most places are understaffed right now, they are still kind and get you your coffee fast!!

Love the app. When the line is long, I order on the app. When I get to speaker for get be them my name and drive on to pick up window. It's great.

I've been to many Dunkins and they are usually great. This one was a little light on the sugar, but the donut holes were great.
