Always great, friendly, smiling, and fast service here. Food is good. Connected to the Whole Foods Market they have inside eating, as well as a cozy patio. The location is perfect, at the upscale Hastings Ranch.

Asked for cinimon powder on my cappachino didn't get it. Rude workers, asked for location gave me the run-around,. It's located inside whole foods market.

Workers are rude, especially the guy who thinks he is the boss. I feel I am very uncomfortable passing the entrance of the Wholefoods since this shop is located by there and I do not want to see the guy. I used to buy coffee and cold press often when I go grocery shopping at Wholefoods, but now I have to avoid this negative vibe at the coffee & juice bar. I hope that the management can get rid of the guy, he isn't good for the bar and Wholefoods.
