The service is super fast. The food tastes great. The line is also cleared up super fast. Considering located in a mall, most diners don't usually sit too long as a courtesy to others. George is super fun. He helped me and my son very well in choosing the menu. He explained the detail about dressing of the salad. He is so professionally helpful.

D'Isacc Cashier, and Paul, were welcoming, helpful on food suggestions and the vibe felt genuine. It's one of the reasons I chose to come back after deciding initially to go look at other food court options.
So 5 stars!! on service and lemonade.👌 The Mac & Cheese was average. Nothing special.The crispy deluxe sandwich was ok, nothing special. The Lemonade 😋 and service would be the only reason I would return.

Best Chick-fil-A! In the most impressive food court!!

Great service, very friendly and helpful. They will explain the menu. You can purchase breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The lemonade is fresh and delicious. The fruit always tastes like they just picked it. I just found out you can purchase ice by the bag! Parking may be difficult depending on the location. They're always very long lines at every location but they move very quickly.

There is a brand new Chick-fil-A on lake Avenue in Pasadena California

I ordered two meals, one online and the other in person, and these workers were fast and delivered our food to us in less that 10 minutes. I would say though that we ordered online before we ordered in person and got the online order last. But other than that, this Chick-fil-A has hard working employees. Hope to come here soon again.

Chick-Fil-A never seems to dissapoint! My favorite is the grilled chicken club sandwich. They have many different chicken sandwich options. Their chicken is so delicious you might think it was blessed by god.

My favorite chicken sandwich for sure. Despite what others think about the the spicy chicken sandwich from a rival fast food chain, I believe Chick-fil-A still has the best spicy chicken sandwich.

Since the start of the second locked down, we have been home-bound. Today we ventured out to get a chick-fil-A fast meal. Ordered the Delux spicy chicken sandwich meal. It’s still the best and yummiest chicken sandwich on earth. The chicken was fried to perfection with crispy outside and tender meat inside. The fries with their special sauce created a yummy combination for a perfect meal.

Since we are near the Arcadia county park, we just brought our chick-fil-A meal to the park and had a little picnic. With the open air and greens in the park, we just enjoyed ourselves in nature. What a way to have a meal.

Anything you order from their menu it's delicious! 😋 Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and waffle fries combo. Also, if you want something refreshing and sweet, try their shakes they are sooo good!

I'm trying to steer myself in the direction of a healthier diet but I did enjoy eating here. The people were friendly and delivered great service at both locations I went to (both Pasadena and the Santa Anita mall). I gotta say this place gets four stars for the mac and cheese and the extra star is for customer service. Of course I can't account for that all the time, just when I went, but the Mac and cheese is still my favorite whenever I go.

This location has outsourced all their chicken to Popeyes. But you can still get a freshly prepared coke and fries for the same price as a combo. 👍🍔🐿

Always a grand chicken eating experience. And the spot to pick up in the garage is great. Employees are clean and well mannered.

Always great food. Seating is limited on weekends due to being a mall. But it's not a big issue

This chick fil a is inside the mall so it does not have a traditional drive through but they were able to create one in the parki g structure right by the main entrance. They also have 4 curbside pick up spaces. They may need more spots though because when I arrived there were none available. We ended up parking in one eventually. The food was great. Good quality and piping hot when we got our food. Ordering online for curbside pick up was easy.

I have been coming here since the location opened and have always had an amazing experience. A young man named Brandon at the drive thru section always has an excellent attitude and is very friendly. He may be young, but that young man has left a lasting impression and represents Chick fil a as a top notch service provider. I hope Brandon gets promoted soon because he goes above and beyond with his kindness and demeanor to make sure his customers are treated like family. Great job Brandon!

It was the first time I've ever had Chick-fil-A, and it was very tasty the honey mustard sauce made it even better. Mac and Cheese was delicious. Left me wanting more but I'll wait for my next visit👍to Chick-fil-A

This location has outstanding food quality, fast service and friendly staff. Don’t be out off by the strange, makeshift drive up at the Santa Anita mall, parking garage location. The staff has service down for mobile ordering or drive up. It’s fast and convenient.
