The last Clerk and the new Clerk have been awesome. I mail a lot of stuff for my small business. I'm always greeted with a smile, and it feels like I'm the only customer there when mailing my packages. If I have issues they quickly resolve it!

outstanding service! We have been to ALOT of post offices on military bases and this is by far one of the best I have used. Thank you for making the daily dreaded post office run a bit more delightful

Granted they have some funky hrs the staff has always gave 200% effort and worked as acuratly as possible as well a eficiantly as possibe the place has always been clean and packages sent from there where always deliverd on time if not early . Would give 10 stars if i could

This was catastrophic bad service on this day. The man at the front desk was old & was incredibly lazy. If that is the employees and courtesy military personnel can get. I would rather get a brochure for PO Boxes that we can use. But that was just terrible. I showed him that my packages were delivered to this location and he just refused to look for it. Even when I showed him the brand, confirmation ID, & my name. They gotta do better

They were extremely rude. I live at the campground on base, MWR paper instructions at check in walk you through how to receive your mail here. Went to pick up my mail only to be lectured how I’m not allowed to send my mail here, next time it would be returned immediately and how they are tired of telling people at the campground this. Maybe they should figure it out with the MWR since the lady also specifically mentioned this has been the mail delivery location and appropriate instructions for OVER 20 years.

Why is there even a USPS on base, if I can't even use it? They're just taking up space. I was told they're for businesses, and I had to go to the one on Mayport Rd to get a PO Box. The one on Mayport Rd has terrible customer service, and this one seems pointless to have around because military people can't use. They're not even that many businesses on base. We can't get mail at the barracks, and this one is by my barracks. That makes no sense to me.

Staff are great to work with.

The USPS need to assess the cleanliness and merchandise marketing in this facility. Considering the thousands of military staff and families that come through the doors at NS Mayport•••the present condition is a disgrace.

Absolute trash service. Post office lady at this location is unprofessional and probably a little brain dead. Can’t spend 5mins to ship a package off. Had to go to post office off base where there was a larger line and I still got my business taken care of in a few mins.

They close early or open late all the time, varying from their posted hours. Sending a package from this post office always takes 3 to 4 days longer to final destination then other postal branches

Waited in 90 degree Florida weather for hour and a half on a Thursday with multiple service members needing to get in. Still closed 45 mins after their lunch break hour. No stars needed to accurately rate this post office

Most unhelpful post office I have ever used. An employee hung up on me after stating that she couldn't help me.

Not open during posted hours. Some of us around here work... maybe these folks should too.
