Amazing service! Kayla S. Is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Super polite, and well mannered. Her attention to detail with our order was hands down nothing less than remarkable. The time it took to get our meal was also amazing. 5 stars all the way around!!!! Well done HWY 55.

Great place to eat. I had the JB&B Bacon bbq burger, strawberry ice cream for dessert. Food was pretty good, the burger meat was a little dry but had the taste was great. Really enjoyed the music, was not so loud you couldn't enjoy your meal. Waitress was good and friendly. Place was clean. I did not understand why they have electronic food waiter, when my Waitress was really all I needed.

To set expectations, it's pretty basic diner food so that's what you should expect. When we went, the service was great, particularly for a place that was completely slammed as they just recently opened up. The food was really good for what it is.

Not fancy stuff but all done well. I had the Philly (solid), wife and kid had burgers and enjoyed them, and my other little one ordered chicken strips. I sampled those and will say they are better than average at worst... Its not what I'd order probably, but it's a very solid choice for a picky eater.

That place was absolutely hopping with people though and it was as sufficiently staffed as possible and everyone was super helpful and friendly. Side note, their milk shakes and custard is great too!

This was 1st time, and was very pleased from entering the restaurant. The young lady held the door and greeted myself and my family. I had my 2 young grandsons with my wife and daughter. They waitress offered booster seats for the granbabies. Service was good. It was pretty cool to see a robot delivering the food. Pretty cool. Also had tv screens you can snap pics and they will show up on the screens. I ordered the jalapeño philly steak, was really good with fried. Wife got a Carolina Classic, she said it was good, daughter had a burger she liked and looked really 👍 kids a kids tenders and were in a cool cardboard corvette, nice touch. Was very impressed, I hope the food and service stay like it is.

We have been to this location multiple times since it's fairly recent opening. Owner has done an outstanding job hiring a young Team of Professionals; all of whom demonstrate strong work ethics and wonderful attitudes. This is proof it can be done! Our last visit 30 December 2023 was the best yet. Food was prepared with pride. What made this visit stand out was the service we received from Erica, our Waitress. She was by far and away the best we have had in the entire area this year! That's correct, the best Waitress we experienced among ALL restaurants throughout the year. She was happy, attentive, kind, and professional. Erica was clearly raised right. She is a credit to Highway 55 and she will, without a doubt move on to great things in life. We hope to see her on many visits to this location in the new year.

As someone who has known this establishment since the Andy’s days. I had nothing short of an AMAZING experience from hwy 55! The food was outstanding and time from order to serve was less than 10 minutes. Tara was the prime example of great customer service. They also have a machine from 2057 that delivers you your food!

First time dining in at this location, and I’m so lucky Emily was my server today. I wasn’t sure which would be the best option for my meal and she offered up some wonderful suggestions. I ended up ordering the chicken cheesesteak at her suggestion and it was so delicious! She was super attentive to our needs at the table!

I've been to this location twice. Staff is friendly, services is great. Nice little place to grab a quick bite to eat! I wish they had a veggie burger, but they don't so I had a garden salad and fries!

If you haven’t tried hwy 55 you definitely should! Service was great and definitely showed how different it was from other places in a great way. The workers are very friendly and seem to be very hard workers. My waitress was named Alexa, and even though I was alone she didn’t shy away from being friendly to me as I noticed she was to other tables with larger parties. I wasn’t sure what exactly i wanted, but she helped me figure it out based off what I was hungry for! Great job to this location, and thank you Alexa for being so kind!

After an exhausting day at doctor appointments at Duke. We stopped by to get a bite to eat before heading home. Our waitress Erica made our trip there worthwhile. She made us feel like we were family. Very kind and always smiling. Customer service at its best!!! Need to keep her around she's a jewel!!! We will be back....as long as we know she's working at that time.

I recently went to this new location in clayton this past week , to start it off walking in everyone was so welcoming and made me and my husband feel very welcome. I was seated almost immediately after walking in and greeted by our lovely server. I believe her name is Alexa, she was very friendly and asked us how we were doing, and then got on with the process of what we were ordering. She asked us if we had any questions and even let us know her suggestions on what would be good since we’ve never been to Hwy 55. I 100% recommend the cheese stakes, my husband and I shared the Jalepeno jack, and definitely look forward to trying Alexa’s suggestion! The moose, overall service was great, and our waitress was amazing.

Always stop in on Friday for a shake, really good shakes and many to choose from, and the customer service is exceptional. Nikki is amazing, very simple and quick service, always polite and welcoming!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Highway 55 in Clayton, NC, and I must say it was an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to our fantastic waitress, Piper.

From the moment we were seated, Piper went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately made us feel welcome, setting a positive tone for the entire meal.

Piper's knowledge of the menu was impressive. She guided us through the extensive options, providing recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Her attention to detail was evident as she made certain each dish was prepared to our liking.

I had a great experience at Hwy 55 in Clayton. My server, Nicolle, was extremely kind to me and my family and did a great job answering any questions we had about the menu. The food was very tasty and my family and I will definitely visit again in the future.

Piper was our server & she was amazing! She had everything out we needed & checked back in after the food came out. The drinks stayed full, & she brought my 1 yr old grandson a car & stickers out to play with as well, which made him really happy! The food was good as well!

I recently came to dine here and I was met with the most wonderful server. She constantly came over to check on me and was so quick to attend to all the customers.Her speedy service and positive attitude deserves to be rewarded and I hope this reaches the right management her name was Erica.10/10 will be dining here again!

Love love love this place and the fun atmosphere. For a diner like place, the food is great and the service has always been perfect. Hannah was our server this most recent visit and she was tentative, professional, and efficient! Thanks for making our busy nights easier when I don’t have time to cook!
