This store has some great employees. Came in on my lunch break to pick up my raffle win and I was in and out within minutes. It was just me and another customer in the store but the employee wasted no time to assist me with my purchase.

Im very pleased with the customer service i received today while shopping. Ms. Tawana the store manager went above and beyond. She is awesome. I can tell she really loves her job and customers. I will definitely return all because of the outstanding service i received. Keep up the excellent work. Great job 2 thumbs up😄👍😄👍😄

I visited the City Gear in Aiken yesterday on 12/11/2023 & purchased some all white Air Force ones as a gift for Christmas. Whenever i got home I looked at the shoes and noticed that the shoes were dirty like someone had previously wore them & they sold them to me like that. I went back today 12/12/2023 and asked for an exchange & the sales associate walked to the back to tell the manager. Why the manager never came out but told the sales associate I couldn’t exchange the shoes because I let someone wear them? I just purchased them the day before as a Christmas gift but I kindly asked for corporates number and after all that they FINALLY let me exchange the shoes after I sent the pics over to corporate. I never wanted my money back I just wanted the brand new shoes I purchased yesterday. The sales associates were great but for the store manager not to come out and talk to a unsatisfied customer is unprofessional! Wow

This is one of the worst establishments I have ever visited.I am a Military Soldier that has traveled to different places both inside and outside of the United States. This store was the worst experience of any I have had. I purchased shoes from there today that were too small for my son.

Let’s begin with me asking for a size 3 in kids and the customer service rep telling me that the shoes run big so I need a size 2. I took her recommendation. I paid for the shoes with cash because something was wrong with their card reader. When I took the sneakers back, the rude female at the register told me I could not receive cash back. They offered me store credit only. No where is it posted in the store that cash payments will receive store credit only if the item is returned.

I do not recommend anyone to make purchases at this establishment. What they are doing should be illegal. You took cash from me, but I have a receipt and I can only receive store credit as a return. This is unacceptable. If the store had posted it’s policy, I would have respected it, but to not have it posted and for the employees to not mention the store policy, this is not acceptable.

They don't validate email addresses and don't include any way to unsubscribe, so if some random person enters your email address they will spam you asking for Google reviews and you have no way to get off their mailing list.
