I came in looking for some Pandora charms for a birthday present and both ladies allowed me to look at the charms and went out there way to show me more until I found what I liked.

There pleasant personality and patience are a virtue to the store!

My first visit to Lucy's! I could have browsed for hours. There is such a diverse and interesting inventory. Maria was very helpful helping me find the perfect gift!

I have purchased pandora charms and occasionally bracelets from Lucy's on Atlantic Blvd once or twice a year (Christmas and a May birthday) for the past five years and every experience I've ever had has been positive. They have a great selection and it is so much easier than going to the Pandora Store at St. John's Town Center (though I've had positive experiences there, too). Since they have several locations around town, if something is out of stock here, they can always check other stores.

My only criticism would be that the wait can sometimes be too long as they are either understaffed or you get a person who is not informed so has to consult with other employees; Christmas should bring more customer service. But this is minor, not nearly as bad as having to deal with mall crowds, and I have found the customer service itself to always be generous and very helpful.

I see one reviewer commenting about how advertised discounts don't apply to Pandora and other brands and I see the owner's response that they are not allowed to discount these. All I have to say is, that's really a shame and it would be great for them to find some work around and to advertise this fact very boldly because it can seem misleading.

Being patient of today's business we can have a pleasant sadies hopping experience. I shop at Lucy's Boutique and will continue. The retail ladies are professional and sweet.
