Gretchen's Hallmark Shop

Gretchen's Hallmark and Lucy's are pass trough connected. They are both wonderful stores. Gretchen's is great Hallmark store with cards and a wide variety of knickknacks and delightful novelty items. Christmas is a great time to visit. Holiday decorations and music make shopping a part of the holiday celebration. Lucy's adds to your shopping options with all sorts of personal fashion items including Pandora, Hobo and other accessories. The fashion jewelry is lovely, providing you with a wide choice of bracelets, necklaces, earrings and more. You should stop in to shop, but, also for the friendly help from all of the staff. They are a delight also.

What a great little place to shop. They are constantly changing their store to fit the seasons. Their coupons help save a lot of money. I get card, gnomes, figurines, books, bags, and a host of other things for gifts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will find ways to get you a discount if possible. The store is special before during the Christmas season.

This place had wonderful customer service. We called ahead to see if they carried Mud Pie because we know the Jax Beach location offers it. To our pleasant surprise, they said yes. When we arrived, we were greeted by smiling and warm faces that genuinely cared about your experience. The only negative was the empty shelves, particularly in the card section; but it could be simply that they were in the process of changing/restocking. This did not detour our experience, though, and we loved browsing the store!

All the Hallmark ornaments of course and a great selection of cards, but also a great selection of various kinds of gifts and a very helpful and friendly staff.

Doesn't matter what I go in for, the staff is always helpful & pleasant. They make it a nice place to shop.

Found the most beautiful glass carriage(Cinderella's carriage) for my mother in law. The staff took special care to wrap it accordingly to make sure it would not break!!!! Excellent atmosphere and wonderful people!!!

I am from New York and often heard of "southern hospitality". I had a reception to attend in Jacksonville and needed a gift. I was directed to Lucy's where I experienced genuine hospitality. The CSR was Shara and from the time I entered the store she made me feel special, and said she was glad I came to shop at Lucy's. I felt I had known her forever. She was sincere and very knowledgeable concerning the jewelry I was interested in. You, indeed, have a treasure in Shara. I will visit Lucy's again, and will call to make sure Shara is working. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!

Wife and I bought 2 Christmas blankets at 70 percent off. Also, bought many masks at a discount. Great store. Love it. Update: Still my fav for Christmas shopping.
