Soroptimist Thrift Shop

Really sweet staff, great thrift store prices (sale items 1$, books mostly 1$, got a nice jacket for 6$, assorted kitchen stuff and plant pots around 50 cents to 2$), good layout with enough space to browse without feeling like you're going to knock stuff over. Big selection, probably the best in Anacortes.

Seems like they got review bombed by people upset about COVID precautions, which is sad, cause it seems like the people who run this place were trying to make things safer, which is kind. Regardless they didn't require anything when we went in today - but they did have hand sanitizer which is great!

Would love to return when we are in town.

The shop is clean and well organized with a pleasant crew of ladies every week. You never know what treasure you might find, and I love that I'm repurposing clothing and household items while simultaneously supporting the continuing education of local students with my purchases.

This is one of my two ABSOLUTE FAVS in thrift shops! Great selection and prices. The only caveat is they're only open on Fridays for a few hours. . . About 11:00 - 3:00? Worth the time and trip if you love thrift shops.

My kind of local buying. Extremely addictive. Only real problem can be over priced fine jewelry. A big plus is the benefit of helping our little town with so much free care and also great fun with exciting 'finds' to be had as individuality dictates.

Treasures can be found at yard sale prices but the biggest treasures are the women who run the shop!

I have been going here for almost every week since I moved here from orcas island quite a few years aha . Not only for customer service but I find great high end quality things in clothes , shoes, cooking utensils and always a surprise in store. Please hurry up and open I am going through serious Soroptomisy withdrawal.

My favorite little shop in town. Anacortes lacks any kind of big box shopping or department store. Soroptimist always has a fun selection of slightly used items (clothing, toys, housewares). They do not carry large items. They have a medical supply shop on the backside of the building. They carry wheelchairs and such. All proceeds go to Anacortes Soroptimist that strives to support women.

We have bought clothing items here but its real attraction is a fine medical equipment loan and rental program. I you need a walker or a cane post surgery this is the place for you.

Best place for free toys for "kids", In the bin at the checkout counter. Bonus points if there are more than three counter attendants!

Fabulous store, gread buys. Only open on Tuesdays and Fridays which is the kicker.
