I've been buying my project materials from Lowe's for many years. I would like to thank .Lynn , Darlene, Alice, and Stephanie for there excellent customer service. Being a contractor is very time consuming job. My morning usually starts with a good morning from Alice. It's awesome to be greeted by a friendly employee! Thank you Alicia for your wonderful kindness and making me feel welcomed in to lows !

Had quite a few hick ups ordering our range for a new home we purchased. Communication to customers needs improvement, but in the end Rhonda made everything right and we are pleased with our new range!

Y'all, I love Lowes! It's my favorite place to get plants. The staff is always nice. They give a nice veterans discount and veteran parking. They have plenty of products to choose from, and their online shopping is user-friendly also.

Rhonda is the best customer service employee in any industry I have ever met. My husband and I were having an issue with our dryer and she went above and beyond. Please ensure she gets a raise. I will continue to be and always will be a Lowe's customer due to her excellent customer service. Highly recommend Lowe's and their caring employees.

Store is well laid out and organized. Easy to find what you need. Staff is hard to come by when you need them, but I am able to track someone down to get whoever I need when I need them. Love that they employ a veteran and his service dog! Such a cool thing to see and interact with.

products and we usually fine what we want.

Lily in the paint department is up-to-date on what to use on painting cement porches. I painted my porch and she told me how to change the color by painting a primer on the porch first and then the color I wanted.
She is young and knows her job! And friendly, too

Went in looking for staples.. pulled up the app and it told me exactly where to find them.. very nice

Lowes had all the items that I needed and the staff were very helpful. Checkout was quick and easy.

FIRST time in YEARS that I have gotten GREAT customer service from this lowes.
I bought a piece of wood for a project and needed it cut. Austin cut it down to exactly what I asked for (first time someone was on the money with my measurements) He was very helpful and patience with me!
I had to go back and get it recut because I measured it wrong and thankfully Austin was there to help me again! This man really saved me today and I am grateful for how nice he was!
GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!! Y’all need to do anything to keep him, very great worker & human being!

Very accessable and well stocked location for just about every home and commercial supplies need and wants. Very courteous and helpful floor staff. Huge variety of the latest up to date tools and equipment for sale.

The Granbury, TX Lowe's is "Small-town friendly" with a "Big City inventory and services". I took my dog in with me this week, and two "front-end" employees immediately asked my permission to give him a treat. When I visited the Garden Center, the Assistant Store Manager was equally friendly and helpful. Friendly ... Knowledgeable customer service is alive and well at the Granbury Lowe's.

App said no vents in stock, but there they were. Everything we needed to complete construction of our chicken coop! Friendly helpful people. I like seeing birds flying around in the cavernous building.

Love the staff. June 5th no social distancing so mind yourself if you worry about that stuff.

I had a concept of a project I was working on. But, I was stumped as to how to pull it off. I shared what I was trying to do with one of the young men back in Hardware. He listened and begin to conceptualize how we were going to go about doing this. I ended up having a couple of different options that he presented and they were both spot on. It's hard to get help in a big box store anymore. But I sure found it today and it was greatly appreciated.

Short staffed but the ladies up front helped me find a product way at the back without hesitation. Friendly and helpful staff. I ordered this tree online and picked it up for a great deal! Recommend shopping here.
