Love this store. The staff is amazing, friendly, and hard-working. They will help you bring all your best creative ideas to life. I can always find exactly what I need. The store is clean. They have public bathrooms. If they don't have something you need, they'll usually always give you ideas of where else it can be found. Who doesn't love a store that puts their Halloween out in July for those of us who like to get started early. Best party store in the area.

I was able to order great inflatable decorations and balloons to be delivered for my daughter's birthday party. When there was a problem with my order the managers worked to help me get everything I needed.

Friendly and quick service. I bought a crown, inflated balloons and also bought a balloon with my son's name it. The young lady was very kind and encouraging

This store is one of the best kept Party City's I've ever been in. The store manager is amazing as well. The place has almost anything you can imagine & they keep the shelves stocked.

Super helpful! My husband came for a helium balloon and by the time he got home, it had popped along theseam. I came back later and they had another already blown up and replaced it free of charge (I did call them immediately when my husband got home). Excellent customer service!!!!

The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We purchased over 100 balloons on 2 difference occasions and each time they took great care of our unique situations without hesitation.

Love this place I came in I didn't noe what I wanted but An employee named Zack helped me soon as I got there i didn't even have to ask he was helpful, polite, very professional and fun it was very busy but he answered all my questions and helped me look for a costume for hollwen thank u service was awesome

I'm so glad we have a Party City in Aiken! I've shopped there for supplies for birthdays, church events, showers and Halloween costumes. Some things there are pricey and you can get a better deal if you're willing to shop around. But if you're in need of quick supplies, this is a great place to get them.

We have always gone to the Augusta Party City... Not anymore unless I have to. Aiken Party City was so clean, organized, and stocked. The workers were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful.

I absoulty love shopping at Party City for my son's Birthday! Can find everything I need in one place. I have been their for going on 4 years now for planning my son's birthday and I won't go no where else!

I buy Starburst lollipops by the bag full. This place has any kind of party decorations and candy, helium balloons to.

Party City is just a fun place to shop. They have anything you need for parties or costumes and always have things for whatever holidays are coming up so you don't have to run all over town trying to find things for a holiday party. Great place to shop.

Seems to be low on staff at times. There is usually atleast 4 staff members there. It just seems as if they all hide in the back and let whoever is up front suffer through it.
