I usually shy away from asking for help because I hate feeling like the associates are rushing. That was not the case with Jordan. She was so incredibly kind and patient. She really tried to make sure that I left happy, and I sure did. Thank you, Jordan for the wonderful shopping experience!

My beautician Nelly was excellent! She matched my hair color perfect and gave me a very stylish hair blowout. In addition she was able to help me find new shampoos and moose for my hair so that I can fix it on my own. So happy with Ulta and so very happy with Nelly!

Unlike most Ultas, no one was following me acting like I'm stealing. Ended up spending more money because I wasn't being harassed. Highly recommended

I went in needing help with my wedding day look. Jordan was patient and helpful! I don’t wear makeup often so she went above and beyond to write me step-by-step directions. She was great!

A shout out of thanks to Maria. I been here a number of times and am always asked for my phone number or name, and I have always declined. But Maria did a fabulous job of explaining that I will not be inundated with emails and answered all of my questions so professionally and kindly. I have been coming in almost once a week trying to pick up an eyebrow pencil, which is always out of stock when I get there and she was able to place an order and get it delivered to me at home, which was a huge plus for me. Please make sure if you have a rewards program for employees who go above and beyond that Maria is rewarded for her kindness and professionalism. She did a great job.

I ran into the Arvada Ulta for some last minute (literally, Christmas Eve, less than an hour until close!) Christmas shopping for my 17 year old daughter.

Typically, my daughter drags me to this store and I dread it SO very much; and I was feeling no different tonight. But, let me tell you...Tonight, I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST experience I have ever had in ANY Ulta Store EVER!!

Jess, Christopher, and Chris were absolutely FABULOUS and their Customer Service was 100% ON POINT! I came in looking for a make-up brand (Fenty) that is apparently Sephora specific and a Morphe brush set that is most likely an online item, Jess helped me from the second I walked in the door until I checked out and she was AMAZING! With the assistance of the 2 Chris', they helped me find foundation, loose powder, and lip gloss that are similar and comparable to the Morphe shades my daughter wanted.

All the employees in this store were super friendly and Jess, Chris, and Chris LITERALLY are my Christmas Savior Super Heroes!!! Thank you so much! 💓😁

I got my eyebrows done my Liam. He so amazing. He knew I was nervous and make me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Had an amazing time with him. Definitely going back to him and will recommend him. Thank you so much Liam

Stores like Ulta give me massive anxiety. I know nothing about makeup, I am a defective in that department. I came in looking for help with redness on my face. Jesse came to help and saved me! He took the time to teach me and go over some of the fundamentals of make up. So so so grateful to him!

This store is great- I’ve shopped here many times before. I wanted to leave a review though because today, a homeless man started yelling insults at me in the parking lot (please note, this is the first time this has EVER happened to me in this area and in my experience it is not common for people to get approached shopping in this area). I was seriously shaken up but the Ulta staff were so kind to me and notified the police of what happened. A very sweet employee (blonde - not sure of her name) walked me back out to my car to make sure I was safe. I know this was probably a small part of her day but it meant so much to me in that moment. Thank you for ensuring your customer’s safety today and being kind to me after an unfortunate situation.

I had a hair goal in mind at the beginning of this year and Leah executed the look absolutely perfect!! She was up front and translucent with me every step of the way, so I always knew what to expect. Her professionalism, enthusiasm and kindness made me feel relaxed and excited for my new look. I love this Ulta! I have always been so welcome, but tonight really made a positive mark on me. I'm pretty uneducated and confused when it comes to foundations, powders, etc. I went in with so much anxiety about finding something. A coworker had mentioned looking at a tinted moisturizer. Well there was Hayden to the rescue! She helped me find the right shade with the most positive attitude. All of my anxiety melted away. Then I was greeted by Alexia at the register and she was also so pleasant. And listened to my anxious banter with a smile and great attitude. I just appreciate the great experience I had here so much!

I got my eyebrows done by Liam. Overall the experience was great!! I am a male and have never had my eyebrows trimmed or waxed, so I did not know what to expect. Liam was great to work with. The process was quick, and my eyebrows are even and do not look too feminine. I will certainly be back!!

The place was very clean and well stocked. The store person helping me was wonderful! I don't remember his name, I am sorry but he answered all my questions with out making me feel stupid. Then he found the makeup in the shade I needed. The concealer I needed for my type of skin. And the best blush and bronzer. I will look great on my daughter's wedding day! Thank you

My wife has started shopping at this Ulta because it’s close to our business. She was just delighted how nice and helpful everyone was today when she stopped in. The Lancôme rep was very helpful even tho she was not buying just her products. It’s nice to shop at a place where everyone makes you feel welcome.

Fun store for shopping. Inventory is ample, varied, high end and cheaper cosmetics both. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Their rewards program is great, too. It is an awesome experience.

Just called looking for a job and Alexis was incredibly helpful and informative! I have also shopped this location A LOT (online and in person) and my overall quality of experiences have been incredible!

I came here after dissatisfaction with my previous colorist. It was a shot in the dark coming here for salon services but I couldn’t be happier. Leah is so sweet and awesome and she works magic! I was able to book online and have my hair done the same day. My super grown out, banded and bleach fried hair looks amazing - she evened it all out with baby lights, toned and gave me the perfect trim. She was considerate of maintaining my length - somehow my hair looks longer even with the cut because she finessed so much damage away.
I love shopping here as well, they carry more brands than some smaller Ulta’s around town. Great experience all around.
