Absolutely love this place. Staff is always super friendly. I always make sure I have time to talk when I go in because I end up in a conversation because my interests align with many of the employees.

There is this one female employee who is so, so friendly, efficient, greets everyone who enters the store with a warm genuine smile. No matter how busy she is, she always take the time to greet each customer. The next time I'm going to find out her name. This way, I can Shout out!!!

Always a pleasure to come to Volcano, the employees are always knowledgeable on majority of the products in store and if they don't have a personal opinion on a certain product they will recommend another product of similar value. If they are out of products in their store, they are more than willing to tell you where the nearest locations have the item in stock. Definitely will be back!

I went in today and it looked like there was the only one person working the front but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes even with people in front of me. She was sooo easy to talk to ! I should have gotten her name. If you see this and remember me, thank you again!

Ever since I ordered online, it's fast and I like the awards it helps me out little bit. Only if my mail person wait ✋ just few minutes for me 😅😎 but yeah I recommend it online if you don't mind the hassle of waiting in line. Thank You Volcan Vape shop workers 🤙

The person who helped me was very nice. He was easy to talk to and answered my questions in a way that was very easy to understand. He also advised me what he thought would be beneficial for me as far as what would be best for me to do with my points.

Westridge location is A1. As a frequent customer to all other location. This location got the most products and choices. I feel at ease here. With the great customer service and speedy process! You wont be disappointed! 5 thumbs up!!

I went in to buy coils but ended up buying other things. I took along time to decide on those products but the girls here was so patient and so helpful on the use of different things. The selection was awesome too. I usually go to other vape shops but I now will drive to the west ridge location. Customer service was awesome.

Always great service, very helpful if you don't know what to get. Very knowledgeable. This location is pretty slow so if you dont want to wait at pearlridge, just drive across the street.

My FreeMax tank got stuck on my gPriv2 and try as they did it just wouldn’t come off. Customer service is absolutely impeccable and I 100% reccomend this shop! Joey was super awesome at helping me out!

Nice little shop and this is the only shop that carries my CBD needs. Jaquelyn was quite helpful with my CBD selection although I was looking for the KOI Brand. Also bought the Hemp Bombs CBD Pain Freeze which I’ll try tonight.
