AT&T Store

I am so grateful for the help I recieved at this store. Brian was wonderful to work with. It seemed that no matter where else I turned for help with my account, I got the run around and no one wanted to help. I was getting ready to just switch my service, but Brian hunkered down with me and we figured out exactly what happened with my phones and what we needed to do to fix it. Even when we were on hold with customer service, Brian was cracking jokes and made me feel welcome. Definitely returning and recommending this store!

Have signed up with a streaming service and was assisted in this effort by "MO", at this location. This representative displayed all of the attributes of a true professional. Also, was a true delight to work with. A contagious smile and an ability to assist in any way possible. 'Twas a delight to meet this person and have him assist me.

Amaya was amazing, she was so friendly, knew all of my options and was able to recommend the best deal for me. We were in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes with a new phone!

Chris helped me look into my bill quickly. He explained that I can do a lot of stuff on their app and I was done. Super simple exchange of information and a very nice man.

I was waited on right away my associate was very knowledgeable and so patient. I had to go home a couple times he was so good about me leaving and coming back. I got 2 phones and got connected with Direct Tv. I really appreciate no having to wait a long time and being his first priority.

Been going here for years, had ATT pay as you go service since 2010, and since this store has been open it has always been friendly and inviting, even if issues I've had could not be resolved. Recent visit (Aug 17 2023), could not get my issue resolved as they had no technician on site, but Rico was very friendly and tried all avenues he could and gave me different options (and let me know about the Bel Mar location which had a technician as another option, which did not turn out so well). Always been happy at this location.

I went in to get a new upgraded phone today and was helped by Amya. Amya was very kind and knowledgeable about all the services and different products AT&T had to offer. She made the transition into a new phone and a new tablet quick and easy! I asked her if she would help me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone and she did it super quickly! All and all I was there for less than an hour. I recommend this location and Amya for all your phone needs!

I came here after another at&t location said they couldn't port my number. Josue immediately helped me get my account setup and number ported over. Josue made sure everything went through even during a glitch which took a little longer than expected. This guy gave me some of the best cell phone customer service that I had since from many years ago when I used to date someone who worked for at&t. The fact that I received the same level of customer service as I did when I had a girlfriend setting up my phone is quite nice. I'll make sure to come here in the future when I need to change plans or maybe buy a new phone.

Our customer service experience was bar none the Best service . Felt very at ease and comfortable with Jeremiah; nice to deal with someone who knows what they are talking about and also very professional. Very much a people person.. a few of your other reps from other stores could learn a great deal from him. He’s a keeper.
Also wanted to mention Drew who was also extremely helpful and easy to work with; when we had to come back a second time for a little bit more help and Jeremiah wasn’t available. Once again Awesome customer service. Will drive out of my way to get the Great customer service at this store.

Friendly staff that attended to my needs right away. I was the only customer in the store at that time but regardless, the customer service was great.

Gentleman that helped us was very nice, and quick with our transition from Verizon on over to them. He beat our monthly bill and got us all three upgrades we’re all very happy with. While giving us a fair price on accessories. I’ve never been so happy with the customer service from any business. We’re glad to business with you guys! Thanks again!

Amaya at AT&T provided the best service today! A previous representative put the incorrect screen protector on causing my phone camera to be blurry. Amaya quickly exchanged and replaced the protector! Super easy process and excellent to work with!

She welcomed me in the door with a smile, and had me out the door with a smile😎Less than 10 minutes 👍

Ali was so awesome! Literally top-notch customer service. He asked us lots of questions to help us find the best new phones for our needs and was so knowledgeable! I asked a million questions and he had a helpful answer for everything! He truly went above and beyond. We will reach back out to Ali when we’re ready to switch to our business account. This is what great customer service is all about.

Very pleased with Juan's skills and knowledge of Apple products. We had four phones needing esim swaps and sim changes due to losing a phone. Juan transferred over and recovered our iPhones on the new devices with backups. I’m glad our phones operated on new devices as when we walked in. He’s tech-savvy and has the utmost respect and patience. Thank you, Juan!

Great experience here. We just switched over to AT&T today and we were immediately taken care of the moment we walked in the door. Jeffrey was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He made sure to look for discounts we qualified for and gave me double what my trade in was worth, which covered our taxes and accessories. He also was great fun while we waited for my information to transfer. Jeffrey was awesome. Give that man a raise.

Jeremiah was absolutely amazing! He was super attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable. He is the reason why we came back and switched carriers! If you are looking for a great customer service come here and ask for him! You will not be disappointed

Great customer services. Especially our sales expert Juan parado. Helped us in Spanish because my wife dose not speak English. 10 out of 10 very helpful and respectful.

Jeremiah was super helpful assisting with everything I wanted and was so understanding of just how I wanted my plan to be set up. And resolved every issue I could have super fast and very professionally. Absolutely look forward to working with him again
