Cavender's Boot City

Went to Cavender’s today in Abilene, TX to get my first pair of boots. Sonny was amazing and incredibly informative!! He educated me AND my family who have been wearing boots for years. I absolutely LOVE my new boots and I will be coming back when I need more. Thank you, Sonny!!!! 🤠🇨🇱

Great selection of boots, accessories and clothing for men, women and children. I found so many items that I just loved. Quite stylish. Great customer service as well. Friendly staff at the checkout counter. Very clean and organized store.

From the moment my family walked in, we received a warm welcome from various employees. When I made it to the work boot area, I was greeted by Aaron. I told him what I was looking for, and he found me the perfect Justin boots in tecord time! I will definitely be returning for my family's boot needs.

I bought my first pair of Tony Lama Twisted X boots the other day. What clinched the deal was expert advice from Sonny, who's been in the boot trade 55 years. Lovely man and easily the best salesman I've ever met.

Went in for a belt for my son, was immediately greeted by several friendly staff members one of them showed me the belts.
I picked the one I wanted and sized correctly. And cashed out, in and out in about 7 to 10 min.

I bought my first pair in decades from them a few years back. Got a great deal and amazing service. Went there recently looking for boots for my wife. What a selection!! I know which pair my baby is getting for Christmas.

Lots of stuff, attentive staff, quality things

Adam or Aaron was very patient with me looking for boots and I'm picky picky when it comes to my boots and cloths. They have to fit a certain way. He showed me several different pairs and I ended up getting the original pair he showed me. Everybody in the store was greeting me and asking how my day was and if there was anything else I needed. Awesome place to shop.

Went there to reshape my hat and the girls told me that they don't charge for the service. They do it on tips. I just want to add that she did a great job. Thank you.

Great customer service the minute I walked in. There were a couple gentlemen who were very sweet, not wearing masks unfortunately, but offered great customer service despite that. The gentleman that helped me personally was wearing a mask and helped me find what I needed in no time. Great store, prices, and inventory!

I was so nervous to go shopping for jeans. I literally haven't gone shopping in a store for real jeans in 10+ years I always buy skinny jeans online. So when I got there, they put me with Jordan and she made it as painless and fun as possible. She got me into the softest set of Ariat trousers ( farthest thing from skinny jeans ever!!) and an amazing pair of Miss Me jeans! I can't believe I spent so much on two pair of jeans, but it was worth it I feel great it them! Jordan was the most amazing part of the whole shopping experience! If you need anything, go to her!! She will hook you up!!

The staff was extremely pleasant & helpful, and I was surprised at the variety of styles. (I should note that I'm from out of state, so what I thought was a large selection may not be viewed the same by a local.) I was a little disappointed they didn't have my size in the boots I liked, but that's what I get for picking a popular style (and wearing an average size).

Great place. Smells great lol. Like pure leather. Nice and welcoming staff. Bout my father a hat from here. They cleaned it brushed it. Knowledgeable people. Sell anything from boots to hats to wrangler jeans. Would love to go back next time I’m in town.
