This is a large group of electronics stores (perhaps 80 or so, maybe more) situated together in a complex beside the main road and around a carpark behind (the carpark appeared to be full when I visited on a Sunday afternoon).

In a corner of the area is also a small shopping mall, with maybe 20 or so mostly clothing and shoe stores, and a Korzinka supermarket on the ground floor.

But the essence of the complex is all about electronics. It is said to be the largest electronics mall in Uzbekistan.

You can find anything from mobile phones, laptops and PCs, to computer parts, computer networking gear, chargers, cameras (photo cameras like DSLRs as well as CCTV ones), TVs, household appliances large and small, computer furniture, etc. If it is electronic or related to that, you can probably find it here.

The only things I didn't find were higher-end items in some product classes. For example, I didn't see any 32" 4K computer monitors (they only had 27" and 28" models). But who knows: perhaps I missed things, and a few shops might carry those.

While most stores have the name of a brand above the entrance, in practice almost all stores carry a wide range of electronics brands, and the brand above the door appears to be mostly decoration.

Almost none of the stores display any pricing at all. It's all about negotiations.

There appears to be no structure to it, and you'll have to visit many, or perhaps all stores: to check which store has what you are looking for. And if they have the item(s), to then negotiate the best price.

My recommendations and experiences:
- Dress down (wear an old t-shirt and jeans, old shoes). If you're wearing expensive clothes, it will likely be harder to get prices down. Looking disinterested and ready to leave may also help.
- As others have mentioned in their reviews, only talk to salespeople inside shops, not people approaching you outside.
- Before you go, do research online and make a shortlist of the brands and models of the items you're after (say if you want to buy a laptop or a monitor, make a shortlist of three to five preferred models; as not all models are likely to be available in any of the shops). Make sure you know the typical online prices of a product, and detail product specs. Then go around all the shops and get prices from the ones that have these items (you'll have to go inside and ask). Make sure the specs are exactly the ones you're after, and not lesser ones (like it could be that the laptop is the model you're after, but it has less memory or disk space, say).
- I've found salespeople inside stores to be friendly and helpful, and not pushy. You can walk into a store and look around, and you won't be harassed by salespeople trying to sell stuff to you. Only if you start looking at a particular item with interest, someone will likely ask you if you need help.
- Often a price is quoted and if you attempt to walk away, the price may go somewhat lower. I always ask at a range of stores, and then return to the store with best pricing to buy the item.
- Most shops appear to have at least one person who speaks English; if someone approaches you and you start in English, if they don't speak English they will likely summon the English speaking salesperson right away. But have a translation app handy on your phone just in case.
- Always check that a product is exactly as per the specifications on the box, and works as expected, before buying it and leaving the store.
- In my experience, if you put in the time and effort, you can get good deals here on many types of products.

I managed to buy an apple watch and laptop at quite reasonable prices. There are many people who speak English unlike other parts of Tashkent and they were extremely friendly and ready to negotiate.

Great place for electronics shopping. Finally a place where you can find traditional shops with ok sales personnel. Much better than it was before. Totally recommend El Makon, Nout.uz and apple computers shop number three from the far end(there are several of them). Almost everything related to electronics.
