It's a new Mosque in the heart of Tashkent city which is about 10 year old only. It's built with white marble and looks majestic. Though the architecture is similar to the old Mosques in Uzbekistan, the material used is entirely different. Must visit place if one is in Taskent.

Women are not allowed to pray in the main room of the mosque. There is a small building left side of the mosque as a women's prayer room

Minor Mosque in Tashkent is a stunning embodiment of modern Islamic architecture, a true jewel in Central Asia.

Its majestic presence is marked by traditional marble, towering minarets, and a striking turquoise dome. Inside, the mosque provides a serene and simple retreat, perfect for contemplation and prayer.

I had the blessing to observe Fajr prayer here, an experience that highlighted the mosque's tranquil ambiance and spiritual depth.

The integration of technology with tradition is evident in the multi-lingual Mushafs featuring QR codes for online Quran recitation, reflecting the mosque's commitment to accessibility and modern relevance.

Its cleanliness, organization, and the innovative approach to religious texts make it not just a place of worship, but a symbol of Uzbekistan's rich history and its role as a cultural crossroad.

Beautiful mosque in the heart of the city. It is very big in size and can accumulate a lot of people at the same time. It’s white in colour. There is a garden adjacent to it where one can relax or may spend some time in nature. A water stream go almost underneath it. It adds the beauty of the mosque. A graveyard is also adjacent to it. Everything is well managed and all the premises are very clean and hygienic.

The mosque is built in 2014, the interior and exterior design so spectacular! The most intention of decorating the interior of the mosque is to create of feeling remembering Allah SWT. One of major tourist attractions in Tashkent. The mosque has a unique design and influential piece of Islamic architecture. Alhamdulillah, my son and I had a chance to perform Fajr prayer here. Alhamdulillah, mashaAlllah, tabarakAllah..

The Minor Mosque, despite its name, is anything but Minor (it is named after a region called Minor). As Uzbekistan’s biggest mosque, it is the centre of worship and prayer. We arrived by train at 7am in the morning, and it was perfect timing for an early visit, and indeed we found peace and quiet there. Remember to dress and act respectfully.

One of the most elequent and beautiful mosque, the Minor Mosque is a new mosque in Tashkent, the capital city of Uzbekistan. It is located on the bank of Anhor canal, whose embankment has undergone major improvements in recent months in terms of its appearance. The blue dome reflects a wonderful sight to behold and truely captivates the beauty.

It is a beautiful mosque. The mosque illuminated by sunlight in the morning was dazzling. The white mosque is particularly impressive.

Beautiful colours shine in the sun light. Not that huge inside, quite peaceful. Went inside and a few people were praying so didn’t disturb anyone just took a couple of pictures, then realised that for praying purposes, there is another out building but women aren’t allowed inside the main hall.

A beautiful structure in midst of Tashkent. The place makes you feel at peace and immerses you in the can surroundings. The workmanship is symmetric and everything looks as though it belongs there.
It has all basic amenities, ample parking and the place is visitor friendly.

Fell in love with this mosque. Great architecture work, awesome design. The colour and the embroideries are fantastic. The inside and the outside of the mosque are both magnificent. The room for wudhu is also very clean and tidy. May such places increase in numbers in our country.

Come here early in the morning and enjoy the silence with birds singing. The area around is a great place for walk along the Anhor channel.

For each masjid is a place to calm your heart and soul in a world of problems and concerns.
It was opened on 1 October 2014, on the eve of the Eid.
Its capacity is more than 2400 people.
It is near to the UzExpoCentre.
It shines under the clear sky and its turquoise dome seems to be vanishing in the sky.

Great impressions. It's a must for any guest of Tashkent to visit this devoted place. It's a beautiful white mosque Minor. Met there the bosh imom (the chief imam) Rahimberdy.
Everything starting from taharat (self-cleaning facilities) till architecture and athmosphere around is so nice.
