Guest House Dilbar

This family guesthouse is conveniently located just a few meters from the bus station. It boasts a spacious courtyard, traditional interiors with carpeted floors, and typically includes breakfast. For those interested in visiting the Aral Sea Monument, it's approximately 4 kilometers away and accessible via shared taxis for 2000 som per person. Additionally, there's a convenience store right across the street.

Muynaq, once a fishing village, offers a unique off-the-beaten-path experience compared to popular destinations like Samarkand and Bukhara. Guest House Dilbar is an excellent choice as a base whether you want to explore the area, learn about the history of the Aral Sea, or immerse yourself in the daily life of the local villagers. It's a fantastic option for intrepid travelers.

Ooo Dilbar, such a warm lady and such a warm house! This is a typical family guest house, every member is busy giving you the best time, including the cat.
The interior is impeccable, Dilbar's food is plenty and tasteful.

We spent one night at Guest House Dilbar and it was absolutely amazing! Staying with a local family was a great experience, all family members are incredibly friendly and both the breakfast and dinner were yummy! We highly recommend this place!! Probably your best and safest option in remote Muynak.

We spend here one night and it was one of the best things we experienced on our journey through Uzbekistan. We had a very nice room for 5 people with AC. The guest house is right next to a small shop but it is a bit further from the ships wrecks (but you can easily just hail someone on the street and they will take you there for some small cash). The owner is really kind and you can have an excellent dinner/lunch and breakfast at this place. Downside is it was a bit more expensive than similar accomodation options around UZ.

Amazing guest house, well located, better than any hotel you could stay in. Plenty of food and amazing tea. The family is very friendly - speaks Russian and Uzbek. The landlord-lady arranged for us transport to Nukus (200.000 for a car) and the Aral Sea tour for 1 day (170$ for a car; approx. 50$ to stay at the YurtCamp. Please stay with this wonderful family, if you have the chance.

I have spent only one night at Dilbar's house, but I wish I could have spent more time there. Her house is located really close to the bus station. The room and the bathroom were super clean and comfortable. Dilbar also offers delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner on request (for a small price). Moreover at Dilbar's house I had the possibility to get in touch with local people and Karalpak traditions since I was invited by her relatives to have dinner with them and we chatted a lot (definitely knowing a little Russian is helpful). Her brother (who lives next door) offers jeep tours to the Aral sea for really convenient price. Thank you very much, Dilbar! And thanks to your nice family! An extremely pleasant experience!

Beautiful family hosts. They live on premises and serve free breakfast.
The house is colorful and clean. Hot shower. Tour guides (incl 4x4 Toyota) will take you to see unique places near Aral. Home meals (see pictures) on request priced at 3$, towels, free tea and snacks all day long. Closely located to the market and about 25-min walk to the cemetery of ships. Best deal in town.

Highly recommand this place! The family is very friendly and helpfull (even if we dont talk russian they help us a lot), the room are super clean, a d the food is awesome.

Perhaps the best guesthouse at Muynak to stay (100000 Som) and can accommodate around 10 people at there place. Good Location, just near to the bus stop and local market. There is a supermarket nearby. The whole family took very good care of mine. Had lunch & dinner (30000 Som) at there place . One of their family relative named Taimur does Aral sea tour with his car at the cost of 100$. I would suggest to go there in a 2-3 persons group , so that you can split the tour cost.

Great place to stay. Dilbar and her family are really nice and really helpful ! The breakfast and the dinner were delicious and the room very confortable. We felt like at home, thank you 😊

Stayed one month and it was a blast

Gdyby się tylko dało, możnaby ocenić wyżej. Bardzo miła właścicielka, pomimo naszej słabej znajomości rosyjskiego, pobyt był super!!
Można poprosić o dodatkowe posiłki, my zjedliśmy kolację (poprosiliśmy o wersję bez mięsa, za to zjedliśmy pyszny plov rybny).
Pokój prosty, czysty, łazienka wspólna, ciepła woda - wszystko super.
Blisko jest mały sklepik i przystanek autobusów np. z Nukusu. Tanie taksówki podwiozą do muzeum, wraków itp.

Wspaniałe miejsce. Bardzo gościnna właścicielka. Pokoje proste, bardzo czyste, łóżka wygodne. Za niewielką opłatą właścicielka przygotuje obiad, kolację- co chcemy. Śniadanie w cenie noclegu - 10$ od osoby. Pani mówi po rosyjsku ale kilka angielskich słów zna :)

Famille très agréable qui nous a aidé pour les bus depuis Kungrad. Possibilité de manger sur place. Chambres très propres et maison charmante. Je recommande!

15 басков с человека за жилье, апрель 2023 норм цена. Номер в обычном доме. Общая ванная комната. Сами жильцы спят на матрасах в отдельной комнате в этом же доме)) Все для гостей. При этом Дилбар сама может организовать трансфер с Нукуса и до Аральского моря, все четко.
