Lovely place to stay, the owners are so friendly and kind and they cook up amazing food. You can feel the attention to details and you will have a great time here during your stay. The town and the surroundings are also very beautiful and enjoyable.

A lovely place to stay in Areni. The owners are very welcoming, the food is authentic - including a traditional Armenian toneer - and the atmosphere is relaxed. Nice outdoor seating area. The bedrooms are basic but have all the necessities. Overall a great place to stay for a couple of nights and unwind.

You will get good service, freshly baked traditional Armenian bread, tasty barbecue, homemade jams and of course a GREAT view! If you ever go around Areni in Armenia, make sure you don't miss this place.
They can also offer you off-road tours around the region where you can see historic Armenian churches in the mountains!

Great hospitality, as expected from a family business hotel and restaurant.
Breakfast was ok, not buffet but sufficient dishes to keep you energised
Room was spacious, the bathroom was ok, clean and tidy but mattresses might need some improvement

Friendly and helpful staff. The place is managed by the whole family. I visited there 3 times. Food is clean and great, atmosphere is amazing and their wine goes well with anything you do there :) Rooms are clean and worth the money.

Mr David welcome us with a very good English and kindness, a couple of women showed us how to prepare and cook the local bread, lavash, and BBQ. All the food was great: two kind of cheese, salad and vegetables, all local and tasty. Their wine is genuine and good, even if was served too cold for a red wine. I really recommend the dinner here.

A must visit to this place if you are visiting Armenia and if you are looking for real wine & real food at the country side !

Мы с мужем останавливались в этом отеле на 2 ночи, с 8 по 10 октября. Нам очень понравился и отель, и его хозяева - гостеприимная, дружная семья - Давид, Ашот, Маргарита и Эмма! Отель аккуратный, чистенький и приятный. Было ещё тепло, и мы с удовольствием ужинали и завтракали на улице. Восхитительная домашняя еда! Я не знала, что могу столько съесть)) Понравилось, что давали нам 2 бутылки воды в день - газированную "Джермук" и без газа. Ашот сам делает домашнее вино отличного качества, даже взяли с собой 2 бутылки, возили по всей Армении и довезли до своего далёкого дома)) Маргарите мы очень признательны за заботу - у мужа было нехорошее самочувствие, договаривались чем нас кормить, заварили в дорогу душистый травяной чай. Огромное спасибо хозяевам за тёплый приём, дружелюбную атмосферу и приятное общение!

Гостеприимные и дружелюбные хозяева, у нас было позднее заселение, добрались к 22:00, в такое позднее время приготовили нам ужин, было здорово. Попробовали водку на шелковице. У них и вино есть, много варенья, чаи, все можно купить. В номере чисто, опрятно, есть кондиционер. Есть тапочки, полотенце, туалетные принадлежности.

saubere Zimmer, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, guten trocknen Weiß- und Rotwein. Leider hatten unsere beiden Bäder ein Siphonproblem...leichter Fäkaliengeruch - zum Glück schließen die Badtüren gut

Тихое место. Чистые номера и все новое. Современно. Но вид из окна на коровник) и запахи такие же. Но не страшно. Все очень позитивно.

Отдыхали всей семьёй, очень понравилось! Прекрасные условия, удобства в номере, номер отремонтированный, чистый, уютный! Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал! Очень вкусная домашняя еда! Отель располагается в тихом живописном месте. Рядом речка и водопад, вокруг горы. Рекомендую!
