We spent an amazing 10 days in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and very responsive to our requests. Special thanks to manager Jasmine for her very professional approach. The food was excellent and always very fresh. The rooms were nicely furnished and the location of the hotel was equally excellent. Thank you for a great stay :)

Beautiful hotel and perfect staff, the food is excellent. Accommodating reception that responds to all requests. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are as clean as the rest of the hotel. Friendly roommates. Ski slopes are nearby and easy to get to. Absolutely to recommend

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were very responsive to any requests or questions we had. Room was clean, comfortable and had a great view. Everything is quite close by, which makes for an excellent location. Food was delicious and fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The most wonderful stay in a Beautiful hotel in fabulous surroundings. Our favourite was the rooftop bar where both Stefan and Nebojsa were absolutely wonderful, the best barmen we’ve met. They created amazing cocktails and were so friendly and accommodating. They really made my birthday trip and I couldn’t recommend them and the hotel enough. The only problem we had was on check out when trying to pay the bill. The bracelet system does not work well and made sorting the bill for our group at the end a nightmare. Please sort this as it’s a major problem. Till next year,

I'm so happy to be here ! The hotel was so cozy and warm. Room so clean, and I get what I need there. Restaurant food is delicious and have a lot of choice. I love to spend my time at the wellness area, enjoying jacuzzi, and sauna. I had a massage that is so amazing. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, recently refurbished and modernised, very clean rooms. Lovely service, Stefan at the rooftop bar was great ensuring drinks are always topped up! Great atmosphere and super kids friendly! We’ll be back next year! Marianna

My wife and I had vacations in the Places hotel for the first time. I am happy to recommend it, because the hotel offers everything you could wish for. It is close to the ski lifts, your car will be taken care of in the hotel garage, where you can charge the electric one for free. The hotel has a friendly staff that will fulfill your culinary wishes, or wishes to entertain you and your children. After skiing, there is a large SPA with spacious saunas and a swimming pool, which could be a little deeper. In short, a vacation you won't forget.

Great new modern hotel, relaxed vibe, very comfortable, live music, amazing rooftop bar and a really spacious playroom for kids and adults... nice spa too. Right in the slopes.

Beautiful hotel. They don't have twin beds in the rooms, just a dbl and a fold out. Beautiful room regardless . Great facilities , I enjoyed my stay.
