Much needed pitstop from 15a. Great chilling spot though could be super windy at times. Good views, good drinks. Dog friendly! This could
also be reached by car but roads are closed till mid-April 24. Google map doesn't reflect this. Check road signs on the way.

best alm for lunch when skiing in Obertauren, been coming here for 10 years+ so have tried all the places in the area - best when its sunny and you can sit on the terrace but always good hearty food and fast, friendly service

The food is very good and the price is also quite good. Good for every skier who want to eat a fast and good food.

Very nice and modern Hotel in the middle of the resort and right next to the piste. Perfect for ski-in/ski-out, but chose another location, if you can't ski. We were given excellent and professional service throughout our stay and enjoyed all the meals included in the half board. Our room was large and newly furbished and had it's own little balcony.We will definetely put this hotel on our short-list for the next visit to Obertauern.

I cannot recommend “The Hof” enough! We have stayed several times before and every time the hotel is immaculate, the service is impeccable, the food is great and Heidi and Matthias are the perfect hosts, not to mention the fantastic location, right on the piste and the exhilarating skidoo ride to take you to and from the hotel on your arrival and departure 😀

It’s at a nice place in a beautiful Berghaus. The menu is almost traditional from the Alps with a rich offer dor vegetarians too. What we liked the most was the attitude of the waitors.

The service is great and fast, helped by the little blonde lady with the high pitched voice. Good prices and the food is excellent, though don't expect 5 star quality
