This place has one of the best smoked fish in Europe. Smoked to juicy perfection and I recommend taking the spicy radish sauce as it adds a kick. If you are around Fuschl definitely have a stop here and have a fish with an amazing view of the lake. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes fish.

Lovely atmosphere next to lake Fuschl. They have excellent smoked fish. It can get quite busy but they usually have enough fish for everyone. Parking might be a bit tricky in peak hours but usually no problem. A very recommendable place when the sun is shining!

A great place to get ultra-local, high quality smoked fish directly where it's caught. It comes warm out of the smoker, and you can enjoy it with a glass of wine directly by the lake, with amazing views over the lake and the historic Schloss Fuschl castle. A hidden gem in the entire region. Always again.

The fish was good and priced by the weight, goes well with beer. A nice stop on the lake loopwalk. Staff are efficient and lots of seating areas outside.

We took a walk around the lake, stopped at a place to eat. We did not regret it. The fish was great, the service just fine, reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Great experience, the best smoked fish (Lachsforelle) I have ever eaten! Last October "summer" days spent nearby Fuschlsee must be connected to the visit of "Schlossficherei" - friendly service willing to advise, possibility to pay by card, simple wooden tables and benches, beautiful lake, delicious freshly smoked fish with bread and excellent horseradish sauce. We experienced rush hours on Saturday (knowing the taste of their fish, I totally understand it), but we had to wait few minutes in the queue only, and at the end of the queue still smiling lady - what else you can wish? Bravo (and big thank you) to the Schlossficherei team! We will definitely come back soon!
