By all means an exquisite hotel that really made our ski holliday special. Warm and welcoming staff, polite and always helpfull, excellent location just on the slopes with two options for ski lifts and well connected. Excellent spa and really fantastic food. If you are looking for a luxurious, yet quiet and warm hotel in beautiful Oberntauern, this is the right choice for you. The rooms are beautiful and always warm. The staff welcomed us pleasantly and were always available and polite throughout our stay. We enjoyed the wide range of breakfast. For dinner every day was a completely new menu and a new magic experience. In addition to dinner and breakfast, we were served a light lunch and an afternoon snack. After eating, we could go to the ski resort. 2 big slopes and one children's slope are right next to the hotel, and if that's not enough for you, the hotel's polite staff offered to take us and pick us up from any close ski resorts. In case the weather is bad or you want some other activity, the hotel has a bunch of different activities. The swimming pool and saunas are very nice and definitely one unavoidable thing is the outdoor jacuzzi. Being in that jacuzzi while it's snowing is a magical feeling. The hotel has a well-equipped gym, entertainment room with various game consoles, table tennis, table football... For children, there is a special room with toys. The hotel is fully adapted to snow sports because there is an additional room within the hotel designed for drying equipment. We had a wonderful time on our vacation and were enchanted by the beauty and quality of the hotel. We will definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Kesselspitze Valamar Collection Hotel in Obertauern.

The hotel was right next to the ski slopes. The staff was extremely friendly and always trying to make the holiday a great experience. The room was spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Aside from skiing there was a lot in the hotel our kids could do (game room, ping pong, pool table etc.) And they were treated, or should I say spoiled,-), their whole stay.

We recommend this hotel for sure!

The staff went over the top to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From the reception desk to restaurant, to spa they were very professional, warm and kind. The cocktails at the bar were great, thai massage was heavenly and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The greatest advantage of this hotel is that you step out and you are on the ski slope. Never been closer!

Rooms are a bit narrow, but the wellness place is really super, nice view in front of the snowing mountain. And right outside of the hotel is the lift to the ski place. A very good experience for us.

Gorgeous luxury hotel next to the slopes. Everything was great, from booking (thanks to the young lady for recommending the best room for us), from entering the hotel to checking out, everyone was friendly and helpful. Special praise for the wellness, wide choice of food (and coctails) and Experience concierge service at the hotel (for providing all informations to organising ski services for my entire family, we had a great time). This was our first stay in this hotel and we will definitely come back again :-)

If I could give the Kesselspitz 6 stars I would. This was our 9th visit in a bit over 15 years and the first time I have got around to rating them. Just outstanding in every respect from the wonderful welcome to the unbeatable food, the great rooms, the exceptional staff, the spa and the ski in ski out bliss. They even coped with a noisy party of 10 with a smile. Looking forward to visit number 10 already.
