We ate here recently as we were staying in an Airbnb in nearby Werfen.

We were extremely impressed with this restaurant. We ordered the weinerschnitzel and it was the best we ate in Austria! The garlic cream soup was out of this world, cooked freshly to order a d absolutely delicious.

The waiter incredibly friendly, and although he was not fluent, he spoke to us in English and understood perfectly what we were saying to him and what we had asked for, and he checked up on us during the meal and was very polite.

The restaurant served typical Austrian dishes and is decorated the same way, very typically Austrian. There is free parking right outside. They accept card payments, which is why we ended up here as a different restaurant we had originally planned to visit was only accepting cash, but I'm very glad that happened as this restaurant was amazing!

I had some great food here with my family. The youngest is a fussy eater and it was no problem to ask for a combination of two dishes with some things removed. Excellent service and great food I'll be back whenever I'm in the area!

Really tasty food, big portions, reasonable prices. Service is friendly and shows a lot of interest. Very cosy garden to sit and playground for kids.

Excellent traditional Austrian hotel. The hotel was spotless, staff were courteous, helpful and professional, food was very good. We only stayed for one night on our way back from holiday but will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This is a lovely traditional Austrian restaurant with their classic food (a good beer is implied). We stopped there for lunch while driving towards Benelux and we were very happy about that. The number of options on the menu is not too rich, but everybody will find something which they like. Not to forget: apfelstrudel is fantastic.

This place is very beautiful, well maintained and looked clean.

Bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was decently sized with a surprisingly spacious shower.

When an issue arose with an allergy to feathers in the blankets and pillows, the host was very kind and understanding, immediately taking care of carefully replacing the blankets and pillows with synthetic ones.

The restaurant, a building right next to the place we slept at, had a very nice and comfy atmosphere. This was also the location where we checked in & out.

The breakfast was very well taken care of with a variety of different things to choose from, such as different types of sandwiches, croissants, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, and most importantly: Coffee.

Dinner service was good and the schnitzel I ordered was very tasty. Above expectations.

I personally really liked the view from the front of the building, the view from the balcony is decent, but nothing too exciting.

Overall we had a very pleasant time and a positive experience.

We stayed in a large comfortable room with a great view from the balcony, and breakfast and dinner were delicious and fairly priced. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Accessible location (close to train station) is a plus.

Restraurant food and services are excellent. You will not make mistake by ordering any food on menu. They have special English menu featuring on beef stakes, but the content is diffetent fron German menu. Order from German language menu if possible. Beer here is also exceptional

Food was awesome, sorry we forgot to take photos. I had the trout and it was one of the best I have ever eaten.

Gorgeous and spacy, and superbly outfitted, and friendly helpful host, and... the view!! Ones of the prettiest places I've stayed.

Great place and atmosphere. A big choice of real Austrian cuisine. Great value for money.

Relatively cheap, very nice service, spoke English, good breakfast buffet, great views, easy to get to by car or train
