Packraft Europe

I contacted Packraft Europe to get some advice before ordering. Michaela was amazing and really helpful. They responded so quickly and were extremely helpful even when I decided to alter my order. Currently waiting for raft to arrive but super excited and would definitely use Packraft Europe again

Just got my first Alpacka few weeks ago. It was easy to deal with personal and they (she) were/was very helpful and useful for rookie like me 😳.
Delivery was great and fast. I also have other kind of experiences but this one really worked out.
The raft (Expedition) is really fast comparing to my previous MRS extra long but after all those are made for different kind of use.. This Exp. is so much more white water raft in turns and movement but still not too difficult to handle for rookie like me.. this will give me many lessons how to paddle in rivers and white water.. and definitely swimming too.. 🌊🛶🏊‍♂😜.. just ♥ it.. truly waiting nxt summer..

Packraft Europe sells top quality products that have been carefully selected. Michaela and Seon are easy to reach if you have questions and always super helpful. Excellent customer service! I had one warranty issue with an Alpacka spray skirt, which was taken care of without any hassle. Can't recommend enough.

During our short trip to Gosau, yesterday due to rain we couldn’t climb 🏔

So we figured since everything was wet, let’s get totaly wet 🌊 !!!

We searched for rafting or kayaking... but after the 15th of September, apparently most companies have finished their season 😱

Luckily for us some local folks recommanded us to contact @packrafteurope !

Michaela and her husband Seon were « uber » enthousiast and despite our call in the late morning, they managed to organise a super cool session for us in the afternoon !!!

With our guide Tommy, we discovered packrafting, the basic techniques, and the hidden gorges on the Lammer river.

In comparison with my limited previous experiences in kayak, rafting, and hydro speed, i thought packraft was wayyyyy better !

Packrafts are inflatable, super light, and really fun to manoeuvre !

Do not hesitate, GO for It !!!

The 4 of us had a great time and we now consider to go on a custom expedition that packraft europe organises all over the world !

Can't thank Michaela and Seon enough. They provided lots of email and telephone guidance and then let me go to their place to look at the rafts, then magicked up my choice in less than a week. When I picked it up, Seon took the time to inflate it, set it up as he would recommend and go through care and maintenance with me and then pack it up again despite it being a Saturday. Absolutely brilliant people, who really care about getting it right.

This course was more than we asked for- in many ways.
Our instructor (Seon) was most qualified and managed to establish a great (small) group experience and bonding from scratch.
He was highly skilled in assessing risk factors, i.e. predictng flash floods and other critical conditions on the water.
But what made this course and instructor really outstanding, were his social skills. He showed us how to run whitewater – with or without a floating device - even if some of us were afraid to swim in a lake.
Finally, he will never let you down -even if that means to push you over your limits (or what you perceive as your limits)-
In conclusion, if you like a challenge, this is the guy to trust.
TL:DR: He goes above and beyond to make you improve, recommendation! And the Packrafts they sell are really high-quality.

Ich habe Packrafts zum ersten Mal am Stand von Packraft Europe bei der Salzkammergut Trophy gesehen. Ich konnte ein Raft und verschiedenes Zubehör vor Ort probieren. Seon und Michaela von Packraft Europe sind selbst mit den Rafts und der Ausrüstung, die sie verkaufen, unterwegs und das schafft Vertrauen! Wir haben nach der Beratung durch Seon zwei Caribous gekauft, die gerade rechtzeitig zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs gekommen sind. Es macht soooo viel Spaß, mit den Rafts und Fatbikes unterwegs zu sein, unglaublich!

Wir haben unsere Boote hier gekauft. Die Beratung durch Michaela ist ausführlich, kompetent und geduldig. Und auch Seon, bei dem wir einen Wildwasserkurs gebucht hatten, versteht zu 100% was er tut. Er ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein und sorgte dafür, dass wir das Gefühl hatten unser Geld absolut sinnvoll investiert zu haben (was in der Vergangenheit bei einem anderen Anbieter schon nicht der Fall war).
Sowohl der Shop, als auch die Kurse sind somit sehr empfehlenswert.

Packraft-Europe ist der Shop, bei dem man die besten Packrafts mit dem qualitativ hochwertigstem Zubehör bekommt. Die Beratung war sehr gut und ich konnte mein bevorzugtes Packraft sogar einen Tag lang probe fahren. Ich kann jedem Packraft-Interessierten mit guten Gewissen Packraft-Europe ans Herz legen. Hier wird man abgeholt, aufgeklärt und gut versorgt.

Ein cooles Paddelboot zum Transportieren auf dem MTB für Radtouren und Rafting in einem. Tolle Idee für Outdoorsportler. Hab es mir auf der Salzkammergut Trophy angeschaut. Sehr nette Beratung.

Très bonne entreprise familiale basé en Autriche. Seon, gérant et formateur, est très enthousiaste et compétent en navigation et en sécurité en Eaux vives, il s'est spécialisé sur le Packraft.
Les stages de sécurité en eaux vives ( en anglais) sont très interessants. Pour les commandes de Packraft de marque Alpacka, les réparations, les conseils, Seon est au top !
