Very good local food in homemade style. The restaurant has family atmosphere, very nice staff , but high prices. Recommend for Austrian cuisine.

At Gasthof See, we enjoyed a delightful meal of fresh fish paired with beer and salad. The dishes were well-cooked and flavorful, particularly the delicious salad and traditional potato puree. Our bill for two came to approximately 50 euros, and the convenience of card payments was appreciated.

We orderd two different soups Rindsuppe mit Frittaten and Rindsuppe mit Kaspressknödel. Both of them were very delicious! Kaspressknödel was flavory. I liked it the most. As a second dish we had rosted pork with coleslaw( it wasn't the same as polish version) and Semmelknödel( I was suprised how good it was). Meat was really juicy and yummy. We ate also beef with gravy, rosted onion and with little dumplings called Sätzle. This dish tasted as good as other dishes. Our waiter was very kind. From there you'll have a breathtaking lake view.

Tasty Austrian food (the fish soup was excellent), good beers, friendly personnel, moderate prices. Superb lake view from the terrace. Probably one of the best places to eat in the whole area, really worth trying.

Everything was perfect. From soups to main dishes (in the pictures), the staff was really friendly. They even have english menu, whicj was a big help. 10/10 would recommed.

Tasteful local fish and meat served in a beautiful garden right next to the lake. A big parking lot is right next to the restaurant. Friendly and helpful service. We felt very welcomed.

Exclent home-style cooking meal. The snitzel was amazing. The staff is super handfull, very attentive.
We were here 3y ago and we made today a detour of almost 100km just to eat here and is as amazing as we remembered.
In my opinion one of the best places in the area.
Not to mention the location, amazing spot by the lake, very cozy and hommie.

Very satishfied. We were a group of 4. Cordon blau, fish, tatar were outstanding. I recommend the fish, it's straight from the lake nearby. Fresh. Authentic Austrian experience. 100% recommend.

Take your bike, cycle around Mondsee and go for a break at this place. Extraordinary food. Must try the kaisersmarnn.

Great place! They have a vegan option outside the menu which is delicious and the staff is super friendly and nice. If you are not vegan they have locally sourced fish which is also great! 5/5 would recommend.

Delicious and friendly, with a beautiful guest garden. They adjust their dishes seasonally. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
