Really nice and spacious hotel, in a great location, right next to a ski lift.

Good service, really nice buffet restaurants with great variety and quality, and there are 3 of them so you have a big choice. Loved the ski lockers, everyone has a separate one, and they are very spacious, with our room category we even had two. Nice spa, separate area for adults. Another highlight is the rental store right at the hotel, which was very convenient.

The room was also great, very spacious and modern. The only complain is that room had very limited toiletries, one shower gel/shampoo and soap, no body lotion, hair conditioner etc., which you normally get in a hotel of the category. Also it was very hot in the room even though we turned off all heating. It was also very warm in other areas as well.

Overall a great place, we would love to stay there again.

Great place, very cozy and pleasant: the spa area is just enough, the 4 available restaurants are perfect for food diversity, ski lifts are near, rental shop with discount available near the location. This hotel has all you need for a perfect ski vacation!

We had a really good experience . The hotel itself, is for skiers, ideally located for the ski slopes. The hotel leisure facilities, such as the ski storage,spa and pool, were very good.

Outstanding mountain hotel, wish we could transplant it elsewhere in the world! Have visited 3 winter seasons - 2020 was first year it was open, then 2023 and 2024. Service in the peak Fasching period gets a little stretched is the only (very picky) criticism I can make. The ski lockers are simply unmatched anywhere we've been - so much space! 10% discount in the Rudi Huber ski hire shop out front of the lockers. Spa is outstanding with big pool and family sauna plus the traditional Austrian nude area tucked away behind doors so as not to disturb more sensitive guests or families. It seems high cost but is actually good value for what is possibly the best you can get of it's type.

The receptionist was really nice and helpful.
The sauna area was excellent, the best I've ever seen.

Dinner has to be reserved before 10 am, there was no menu or prices.
We booked a table for dinner on our last night to find it was only a buffet and then billed €90 for a few slices of pizza and a bottle of water.

We stayed for a night during our Euro road trip (13/14July 2023) having booked in at short notice. It was a totally outstanding experience from a speedy and easy check-in and being made to feel very welcome with a delicious waffle and champagne cocktail. The hotel is modern and cozy and very well furnished and decorated. Our room was spacious and modern with a really nice bathroom layout and superbly comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and even recommended a local restaurant for dinner - which also happened to be excellent. We used the outdoor Swimming and sauna and noted the whole wellness options looked super. Breakfast the next morning was epic. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly. I imagine it is buzzing (& probably packed) in the ski season.

Absolutely loved our week long holiday here. Our stay was all inclusive, something we had not done anywhere before. However, it exceeded our expectations. The food was very nice, enough variety and especially the freshly prepared options at the different restaurants were really good. The cocktails that were included were good too. The hotel itself is very pretty and super clean. The wellness area was large enough so we were always able to find a seat.

The area around the hotel is amazing, lots of places to hike. Next to the cable car so easy access up the mountain. I can imagine that during the winter season this is very convenient as well.

Overall we had a great week and could've easily stayed for an additional week. We will be more than happy to come back again for another holiday.

Everything well organized, friendly staff, great play areas for the kids, super locker rooms en good food. 1 important remark: please turn off the heat. It almost feels like a sauna…

First time here and it was a very pleasant surprise how beautiful all is.
Even before coming the communication by email and whatup was very very helpful and professional, thank you hotel staff.

Very cool is the possibility of choosing each night a different restaurant that is the hotel. Food is very tasty so far...we just started our week vacation, there will be an update.

FINALY, THANK YOU TO THE OWNERS of the hotel for having staff from different countries and allowing them to communicate with us guest in our language.
Sorry to say in some other hotels in Austia we come to a situation that even if the staff member was speaking our language he was not allowed to do so by there management.

Just one word PERFECT!
Clean, very well equipped, perfect size tv, very very happy. Maybe just to have few Croatian or Italian channels can be cool.. not a big deal.
Excellent idea to have a hotel private garage, this makes our day-to-day activities easier.
We been coming to Flachau for last 15 years but from now we will be come here for many years to come.

Couldn’t fault it

We had a perfect stay at this awesome hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. The food was great and because of the extensive all inclusive options, we didn’t need any extra money whatsoever. Great pools and wellness area. It’s right next to the Grafenberg lifts and there is an awesome sports shop next to the hotel lobby. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

We celebrated a birthday here at the hotel as one very large group which can't have been easy to look after. That said Adapura and it's fantastic staff made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile to make our stay all the more special.
The birthday meal they prepared for us was especially delicious and the bar staff deserve extra credit for being patient and friendly with us!
Great to have lots of space in the ski and boot lockers and if there's enough snow you can ski right to the door. Only small criticism is that the lifts were quite slow but maybe this can be fixed? Doesn't really matter, they deserve your business!

Amazing style, rooms and really good service from the staff both in restaurants/bar and reception. The atmosphere on x-mas evening was really nice and it was clear that Adapura have tried to do the best in order to give us a good evening.

Great hotel with amazing food and spacious rooms. We were helped super good by Ben and he made us feel super welcome and already well known into the hotel before we explored it. Every hotel definitely needs a Ben. Anita,Torben and Arabi made us some great cocktails after dinner at the upstairs bar. 10/10 would recommend

Our stay at the Adapura Hotel was magnificent! We felt at home while living in luxury. Even though we were there just as a couple, we already saw that there were plenty of opportunities for children and teenagers to entertain themselves and give parents time to relax during their stay. Even after we had already left and some of my belongings were still at the hotel, the staff did everything in their power to make sure everything was sent to my house. Special thanks to Stephanie, Emre and the rest of the reception team! Should you want to visit the area as a couple or as a family, we highly recommend the Adapura hotel!

Great hotel with great food and service. Highly recommend. Spa area was great but it would be nice to have the outdoor pool open during winter.

Great food in all of the restaurants, great facilities: sauna, bar, lobby. Ski rent and school in the hotel, the lift is very close (1 min walk)
