Haus Cian

The home was clean & very homy.. and perfect spot to have picture of Hallstatt from the bedroom balcony 🥰 The Host was lovely, friendly & helpful. We took 2 bedrooms & use the kitchen to cook, and it was great experience..

I think Haus Cian is the perfect place to stay in Hallstatt. Austria. I want to go back and stay here again. I almost don't want to share how wonderful of a place this truly is. Eva is so easy to work with when booking and arriving. This house is a short, pleasant walk from the center of town. It's located at the most sought-after photo spot as well. From our balcony, we loved watching the Hallstatt visitors directly below us take photos and selfies from the same spot as the iconic images that you see of Hallstatt. I got amazing (I think) images from the balcony of the apartment. I was amazed at the apartment. You can see the amazing view of Evangelische Pfarrkirche Hallstatt from the dining room, living room, balcony, and bed room. You can also see the Alps across the Hallstätter See, as well as the boats coming into and leaving Halstatt. We visited in late October, and were fortunate to get gorgeous weather. We sat on the balcony each night and watched the tourist and photographers line up below us to take photos, and watched the boats and trains (across the see) going about their business. I do not think that you will be disappointed with the view. The apartment had a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom (shower), and entry area. I thought the price was very decent compared to the hotels in the center of Halstatt. We had a key to the door, and could come and go as we pleased. It's about a kilometer walk to the bus station, and a short bus ride to 5 Fingers. We want to go back and visit more of the area.

Great view! Really has a quaint aesthetic to it. I believe its pretty old too.

I guest this is the best spot to take a photo around the lake..
