I strongly recommend this place! I think I couldn’t imagine better location of the hotel. Amazing owner who is super sweet and dedicated to her work. She cares about every detail. We were looking for a place to watch the final of European championship and she was more than welcome to let us in. Hope to back there soon!

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Hallstatt. Very clean spacious room. Good location (about 10-15min walk) to the main part of town.
Breakfast had everything you needed in a continental breakfast.
Owner very friendly and arranged a taxi for us

What a quaint and charming little place.. We had a very nice room with an excellent view. The service was great and the lady in the breakfast room was very kind.

Great, friendly customer service. The beds are some of the most comfortable I have slept on. Really high quality cold cuts selection for breakfast and conveniently located near the funicular to the salt mines. Highly recommend!

Very nice room and amazing location. The breakfast was very good and the lady was very friendly. Perfect for one night stay. It is a bit expensive though but overall we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The view while breakfast was amazing as well.

The check-in was fast and easy. When we arrived, everything was ready, even before check-in time.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for the suitcases and all our stuff.

We were delighted with the breakfast the following day, with handmade cakes, fruit, and eggs.

The hotel is located close to Parking P1, so you don't have to carry your suitcase for a long time, and it's 2 minutes away from the main street.

The owner is so friendly and helpful, and she cooks the cakes herself :D

A few minutes away from the town center, but close to the town's supermarket, the Salt Mine and Cable Car. Great hospitality from the staff and includes a breakfast in the morning!

The room has the necessary amenities and a nicebathroom (we booked a double room). You are close to a small bridge and "island" where you can get great photographs of town.

It might be easier to either catch a cab from the train station of Obertraun, a bus, or a ferry that does not leave at the town center (it was about a 15 min walk with bags if the ferry leaves you at the town center)

We loved our stay here!! So much better than someplace like the heritage. The rooms were beautiful and unique as well as very very clean. Also very accommodating to us and our situation, letting us check in unbelievably early. The staff (ownership) was absolutely amazing. Friendly and incredibly helpful, as well as genuine. This hotel truly cares about its guests, their comfort, and experience. If we go back, this will be our first choice.

Luxury and cozy room. Close to the centre of Hallstatt. Considering the area is one big tourist trap, this didn't bring the feeling of being exploited (too much). We had room with spacious terrace. Solid breakfast included.

Rooms were clean, spacious and very well thought out.

Breakfast was included and was a great way to start a day full of sightseeing

Location is great - very close to the funicular train station, to a supermarket and right beside the lake.

This hotel is perfectly located in Hallstatt. You can park at P2 for only 15 euro per 24 hours, which is enough to visit Hallstatt. The owner is really nice and helpful. The room is clean and has everything you need. The breakfast is really good and she’s making fresh scrambled eggs on request. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Love our stay at this hotel. Very friendly people and a lot of fun chatting with them. They speak very good English. The room is large and clean. The large bed is very comfortable. The hotel does not have on-site parking, but the public lot is just a short walk away, and there is parking space for loading/unloading at the hotel. And it's an easy 10 minute walk to the town center. Will definitely look them up again next time.

Location is Superb if you wish to have a quiet stay in the beautiful Hallstatt! The room is clean and cozy. Service is warm and excellent.

I accidentally left behind my IPhoneXR when I check out (rushing to Zurich). Hotel found it, contacted me and even mail the phone to me in Singapore!

Although we had not scheduled a stay in Hallstatt, after a few weeks in various locations in Europe, it was so refreshing to stay somewhere whereby the Owner/Manager, Jacqueline, was so much friendlier and helpful than anywhere else we had stayed! The accomodation itself was very clean, stylish and homely, however, our host was the highlight! Jacqueline gave us great advice about where to eat, tours and was a great help when my partner needed to see a Doctor (and he is feeling much better thank you). Thanks for you friendliness Jacqueline... a helpful, kind person makes every difference in a foreign place 😊

We got large room there, very cozy. Bathroom model was the best comparing to other hotel we stay in last europe trip. Superb.
The owner was very warm and helpful.
Dont forget checkin time when you go to halstaat, it was 0800 pm sharp.
