Hotel Elisabeth

Hotel Elisabeth was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there for New Years and they had the loveliest gala with a delicious dinner and fun festivities. The hotel and surrounding mountains are beautiful. The ski bus is right there or you can drive and park at the lifts- everything is less than 10 minutes away. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the service- all amazing. We were blown away by the quality of food and level of service. Everyone was beyond helpful and pleasant and we enjoyed our time there so much. We spent a lot of time at the spa and our services were great. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Spa Hotel just outside Kirchberg.

The staff here are fantastic and nothing appears to be too much trouble, espescially the team on reception.

I use the hotel regularly for the spa facilities, so if you are searching for a couple break, or a girls spa weekend, then this is the place.

The food is excellently prepared, delicious and served by a willing team of professionals.

The bar area is well stocked where you can enjoy snacks or main courses with a lovely outside area.

Quite often, the management provide entertainment by various talented musicians and a grill/bbq in the summer

I have also often seen Business Groups which are catered for by the team.

I was recently on my second visit to the wonderful Hotel Elisabeth and this second stay was even better than the first.

It’s a well run, charming family hotel, with amazing staff that are always helpful and incredibly friendly. We love coming here and their excellent team make each stay memorable.

Exceptional quality of food, well thought out menu and warm atmosphere makes every meal in their restaurant a delight. Hats off to the chefs and the waiters, such a pleasant experience. Also, they now have a very nice kids menu with some good healthy balanced options.

Wellness area with indoor/outdoor pools and large hot tub area wonderful.

We love coming here and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Excellent value for money, I would have happily paid more because it is a fabulous hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My request for Lactose and gluten free was no problem whatsoever and I was well catered for. It is a massive hotel, but you never get the feeling that you are in such a big place, it is full of cosy areas such as the bar. The Sauna, Pool and Wellness areas were brilliant. I couldn't fault it and wish that I had had the chance to stay longer.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Simona, the front desk manager and Bogdan at the lobby bar were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving me advice on local hacks and making my overall stay that much BETTER. The hotel is huge, the spa are is big with various saunas and steam rooms. Two solariums and pools. My room was beautiful and massive. I absolutely loved it. The food was the best food I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect, from staff to food. Can't say anything negative. The thing I loved the most was the fact they don't waste the food but the rests from the dinner you find next day on the snack corner.. The hotel SPA is free of charge and of really high quality. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great hotel and services. The team was very helpful and guest friendly. They answered all our questions and suggested activities and things to do before we reached the hotel for our stay. The food was amazing from breakfast to all other dishes on the menu. Only one recommendation would be to also offer tea and coffee machine/kettle in the room. The rooms were good size and comfortable. The balcony terrace and view was stunning. I will highly recommend the hotel. Will surely stay here again if I ever visit kirchberg in the future.

Love it! Nice big rooms Friendly and helpful staff; great breakfast buffet with plenty of local specialities, cooked to order eggs, waffles and more. Very nicely presented dinners with good variety. Spa and pool area spacious and very well maintained. Good choice for the Austrian Tirol experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely incredible! One of our best hotel experiences in Europe. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds and oversized bathroom. The food was 5 star dining - fresh, tasty and a large variety. The staff was wonderful, very hard working, friendly and went beyond to make our week special (thank you Alex, George, Gina, Andras, Tomi). The spa/sauna was super relaxing with many options available. The hotel is very clean with easy access to the mountain (bus stop right outside the front door). Thank you Hotel Elisabeth!

Very good service and very nice spa. Our package included an amazing romantic 7 course meal. Our package also included a free upgrade to a suite of one was available and there was. The only thing that left more to be desired was the buffet at the restaurant. It was not bad but it was not very good either.

Visited your lovely hotel 3 days on our way back for holiday in Italy. Wonderful with 3 days of enjoying your spa, outdoors swim, fitness room.
Not the least a variety of food both in morning, afternoon snack and the evening dinner, with several starters, salat buffet, mains and desserts.
All the staff in the restaurant, in the reception, the cleaning and so on were always very polite, smiling and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much, and will gladly recommend it :)

We stayed in Spring during and for Cordial Cup and would be hard pressed to summarize the excellent service, superb dining, and fantastic accommodations in a paragraph! The attention to detail and sincere willingness to adjust to our needs and schedule was without peer in my experience. I stay at hotels between 70 and 100 nights per year...this resort was both practical and romantic! I look forward to our next trip to The Elizabeth!!!

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff, big rooms and beautiful view through window. Kitchen is perfect! Pets are very welcome.

We had a great New Years vacation at Hotel Elisabeth. Great service, good food, and very nice rooms.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great service and great food. 2 swimming pools and even artificial lack that you can swim in.

Some employees are not gay friendly the don't think about the feeling the make jokes and act like female when you order some drinks.
It's not done in 2018
