Friendly staff. Food options and variety everyday. Fantastic family getaway from the city. Thank you for making out time so wonderful as we celebrated a 65th birthday and a 10th wedding anniversary.

Lisi Hotel is simply one of the best "Kinder Hotels" that we have visited across Europe. The staff is absolutely amazing, so very friendly, kind, professional, and accommodating. We celebrated our daughter's birthday, Goodbye parties, and almost on a daily basis visited the Lisi world section. The food is just impeccable and Michelin restaurant quality, the bar and cafe also provides such a cozy and unique experience that going to Lisi World is simply a weekly (if not daily) task (not to mention through all season, ski season, summer, and specially rainy days). The parties that we hosted there were all attended and catered with utmost professionalism and attention to details. Not only the food was great, but also the cake and desert catering was fantastic and delicious. If you're traveling to this region with kids and family, Lisi Hotel is an absolute must!

We absolutely love this place and were here twice this year for a week each. Very family and kids friendly. The staff is very kind and helpful and the food is great. There are kids program everyday and Lisi World and skating Rink are especially loved by kids. We would come back here again and recommend it to other families

That was heaven for our kids. We definitely loved everything about this family hotel. From checking in to our last day. Everything was so organized. And the hotel was clean.they were entertainment for adults also. It was our first time trying kinder hotels but we were really impressed. Our room was 100% percent cleaned. Provided with kids bathing products. The food were super fresh and prepared with love. Lots of options to choose from. You have to take the full board package. We had 3 course dinner.The service personnel were super friendly and helpful.you will feel relaxed as a parent. The spa area was clean and everything was perfect. I had a 50 mins full body massage was the best. The hotel is easy to find and the are entertainment nearby. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids. Thanks a lot for your hospitality. I will come back again

We have just spent a wonderful week in this family hotel. The facilities are excellent, the staff is very kind and breakfast and dinner are very good. The pool and children play area are fantastic! Our 3 children had a blast and made many friends. We will surely come back!

Really good experience overall! Only minus was that they didn't seem to have options for dietary requirements. My only main option for our fancy five course dinner as a vegetarian was a...baked potato..!? Biggest potato I'd ever seen mind you, but still. Husband and I had a giggle over it, but they could definitely improve this.

Great for the family and good for the kids. They have a great new kids club called Lisi world that my kids loved? They wanted to go there all day. They have kids activities throughout the day and evening, crafts and even a magician. The pool is nice, the steam and sauna are wonderful. We had a family room with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a living room. There was plenty of space for 5 people. We had half board and the food was great for the price. Service was on point as well.

I wish I were a child again in this place. Amazingly comfortable and relaxed place, a paradise for families with young children. Our kids were delighted with the many activities running at all hours, and at the amazing Lisi World, and we were taken with the large, spotlessly clean room, the excellent food and the extra friendly and helpful staff. This was a great time. Thank you Lisi Hotel, we will be back!

Amazing team! At the restaurant Mrs. Petra took superb care of us. Even I have lactofree diet - Petra and her colleague everytime brough something above the expectations. Great fold! G
Reat place for kids every age and super parking frerdom. Hosipitáity villas are old style but in perfect location around with great food supermarlet.

The scenery is amazing. in the summer there are so many places specially catered for walking & in the Winter for skiing.

The spa has everything you need to relax. In the summer there is an outdoor pool.
The breakfast & evening buffet have great choices although not cheap but you get what you pay for.
They do a great hot chocolate in the bar the 'Almdudler' soft drink, & 'Sweigelt' red wine authentic from Austria.

Wonderful place for the little one , i was passing by and decided to enter lisi world absolutely like it for my children, all the staff was very kind and polite with us , they also took my children for an icecream near their restaurant, definitely i will book for next time at this fabulous hotel

Advice to the hotel, if you managed to get the pool a few degrees warmer it would be a perfect hotel.
