What can I say that hasn’t already been said about this hotel. Me, my husband and our three kids were just there for 3 nights. We have stayed at a few 4,5 star family hotels in the Austria region already but this hotel was by far the best.

The room, the food, the service, the kids fun/aqua park and also the area for hiking. Everything was awesome. We are hoping to make it back there during ski season.

Not usually one to write reviews but for this hotel I couldn’t not write one. Before we stay at hotels we always check the reviews and try to filter through the legit ones to get a good idea of the place. This hotel gets 5/5 and is worth the money. If you have the opportunity to go there- it will not disappoint!

This is the best hotel to stay in the area. It has all the great facilities with kids slides and adults pool. This is great. The staff is awesome, I am writing this review a bit late after our stay, but they did the casino night where even kids could participate. Keep in mind that there was no money involved. Only prizes like massages and other things. The staff is great, the rooms are nice, I don’t have any cons.

My family and I spent five wonderful days at Stock and were sad to leave.

Many good things to say about the resort, but I'll highlight the top:

- The food is great. I have been to all-inclusives all over the world, and Stock ranks near or at the top in terms of their food offerings. High quality ingredients, which were well prepared. The Kitchen Party was the highlight, both in terms of the dishes and the ambiance. Mains during other dinner services were a bit hit and miss - depends on what you like, but they have various options available to try and please all. If food quality is important to you when choosing a place, then have no fears here.
- Excellent facilities. Lots of things for the kids to do, including a gym for kids to play together (the gym would benefit from more regular staff supervision to ensure kids of all ages are included fairly in spontaneous matches). Pools were fun, and though they only have one water slide, it is fun and suitable for all ages (though my 11 year old found it a bit boring after a while). The sauna facilities were really well done - my thanks in particular to Markus who thoughtfully provided me with an extra towel for my feet during the infusion activity, when it became apparent I needed one. I really appreciated him.
- Wonderful evening entertainment. Usually, this stuff is pretty lame, but Lisa Mauracher has a wonderful voice, and the Casino Night was a big hit among guests.
- All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Out of all the places I've been, I actually felt that many of them were genuinely happy to be there! My thanks to Peter who helped us with dinner in the evenings, and Linda was a very welcome presence for everyone as well. The room cleaners also did their job admirably.
- Some nice walks easily done from the resort
- TONS of activities for one to partake in. It is very easy to keep busy at Stock, even if you just stay on the resort.
- We appreciated the farewell gifts!

I'll nitpick some things just to make this a more balanced review:
- No lifeguards or staff at pools. This would be a welcome touch, to improve safety but also to protect the property. I arrived one afternoon at the kids pool to find that someone had thrown in all the large cushions and were using them as floatation devices. It was only two hours later that a random staff member dropped by and yelled at the kids using them at the time, to put them off to the side.
- Make sure to ask for tap water at dinner, or they will default to bringing you bottled water (for a charge). It's unfortunate that for an organization claiming to be dedicated to environmental conservation, that they would not first volunteer the free mountain water in refillable jugs. Profit > Environment in this case.
- It would be better if sauna facilities were available after dinner for those of us that would want to use them after kids go to sleep.
- The game room has a number of free games/activities, but could be supplemented by adding a bunch of arcade games and making everything free (basketball, air hockey, pool all required payment)
- Wine can climb to the more expensive side, but it looks like you could purchase a bottle, and they will keep it for you for your next meal if you cannot finish it all at once.
- They never answered an email about whether pool toys are allowed (they are).

In conclusion, this was a very enjoyable place to stay. As others have noted, it is pricey, and you are certainly paying a premium to have all the services bundled into a single location. But, it was a wonderful family vacation and one we may look to repeat in the near future.

Very good resort with exceptional facilities, great views from the rooms.
Food was good and service all round very friendly.
They do have some weird rules, like no bath robes at breakfast buffet even though it's totally fine for lunch buffet. We also had issues with our electronic fire in the room (beeping all night) which were not resolved even after enquiry.

Truly and utterly blown away by STOCK resort. Having stayed in a good few 5 star hotels before I can say with confidence that a stay here is one everyone should experience. The welcome, the inn-keepers personal interaction during dinner, the open kitchen party on our first night (what an absolutely wonderful idea), the room, the staff, the facilities, the amenities were all spot on.

We experienced skiing for the first time - everything organised through the hotel, rental equipment from the shop just outside, delivered and collected from the hotel - made it a truly exciting couple of days.

During our 2 week holiday with our 16 month old baby boy we were able to dine together on all 4 nights of our stay for the first time during our holiday thanks to their baby mobile phone that alerts you if the noise level increases in the room. I can not express how incredibly grateful we were that they could supply that.

We left the resort just once to pop into town to grab some baby milk powder and medicine even though the hotel said they help supply it (we are picky about things - so this will show our level of expectation and standards). If I knew how good it was I would have altered half of our holiday to stay longer!

I would like to give a special thanks to Miriam, Daniel, Thomas, Leo, Jenny and the rest of the excellent staff at STOCK for making our stay truly truly unique.
We will certainly be back!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Stock for a week in January. Never have I felt so at home at a hotel. This is truly one of those places where you never want to leave.

We stayed in a Ice Crystal (Eiskristall) double room on the first floor and was really happy with the choice. The room was big and well-designed with a small toilet, a larger walk-in closet, and a gorgeous bathroom. The bathroom had an amazing rain shower and generous floor heating. The bedroom was spacious and had a comfortable bed as well as a sofa area. It opened up to a balcony which had a great view of the surrounding mountains. The view will be even nicer from the second floor, so we'll make sure to book a room on that floor for our next stay.

The facilities in the hotel are superb. Everything is spotless clean and inviting. You find showers next to the heated pools, you find clean towels everywhere you need them. The staff is smiling and happy to help with any request you might have. As an example, we were curious about how the other rooms looked, and Daniel from the front-desk was more than happy to show us an unoccupied room.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is included in the €250/person room rate. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming with a ton of different options: muesli, yoghurt, fresh omelet cooked to order, soft- or hard-boiled eggs, many kinds of bread, Austrian cold cuts and local cheeses, fruits, a large selection of juices, plus cakes such as donuts, muffins and other pastries. It's served until 11:00 and it was a great way to start the day.

The lunch is served from 13:00 and included different hot dishes as well as a buffet with many different kinds of salads. There is again a large selection of bread, as well as new kinds of cakes. Indulgent!

Now we come to the dinners, which were spectacular: full 4-5 course meals with creative starters, mains and deserts. The menu changes daily and contain four mains to choose from — but there is also an alternative menu with about 10 main courses that you can order if you don't like today's menu. There is a vegan menu as well. The quality was consistently great and depending on what you compare with, such a meal could easily cost you $80-100 (without drinks). You pay extra for wine and other alcoholic drinks and we were generally very happy with the wine suggestions from our waiter, Maik.

Last but not least, the hotel package includes access to a vast amount of pools, saunas, steam baths, etc. There is a 25 meter outdoor heated pool, which was a joy to swim in — looking up at the snow-covered mountains all around.

All in all, this is a very special place. The kind of luxury you find here is not cheap, but if you want to spoil yourself and your loved ones, this is the place to go.

We have stayed in many 5-star hotels and resorts worldwide and were VERY impressed with the Stock Resort. We spent 6 nights there, primarily to go hiking and to enjoy the surrounding Tyrolean sights. Our Suite had all the amenities and comfort a 5-star resort normally has and more.... The resort was immaculate at all times and the owners talked to all the guests during dinner time which added that personal touch. We particularly noticed how accommodating the staff was. We really wanted Kaiserschmarren (traditional Austrian dessert) for dessert one evening and told Regina, our breakfast server. That evening, we had fresh Kaiserschmarren for dessert. Exceptional Hospitality. Overall I want to mention that the food, in general, is exceptional and the service was excellent. Marius, Max and Regina, our restaurant servers anticipated our needs and were very genuine. Thank you for making our stay in Tyrol memorable, we will return.

We have been going to stock hotel (on and off) for almost 20 years and it’s just amazing to know that we stayed in a much more smaller hotel. We love it - hospitality, respect and if you need anything ... they are very helpful (of course it’s expensive- more than the Calvin Klein hotel in the UAE , but it has lots of activity for kids. They ask me when we were going to visit again - told them when I have the money - :-) going from Texas to zillertal is not a simple 2 hour ride from Munich :-)

Super food and super breakfast- keep it up stock team !!
