Alpendorf Dachstein West

Our favourite destination in both summer and winter.
Alpendorf is perfectly placed for some great skiing in the beautiful Dachstein mountains over the winter time, with fabulous friendly restaurants and beautiful views.
And in summer the hiking trails straight from the village can take you as far and as high as you wish. The new electric mountain bikes available below reception were great fun last month as well.

There is a sauna and hearth a every cottage, so you won't get cold after a long day full of skiing a there is swimming pool in the complex, too. You can get to ski resort by car in 5 minutes or less and if there is enough snow you could propably make it on ski, but I have never tried :D. It's a great place for 9 people (maybe more if someone don't mind sleeping on sofa) and I personaly have a lot of great memories from there. If you want to visit Dachstein West, I deffinitely recommend you to go there.

We enjoyed very much our stay due mainly to the central location, the
comfortable and fully equiped house, the gorgeous view and the warm and helpfull attitude of the staff.
