The food is excellent!
And they offer a gluten free Kaiserschmarren!
It was our second time and we will come again.
This place is worth a visit in summer and winter.

Perfect place to have a good lunch after hiking. There are many soups, all of us (we were four) chose different ones and every soup was very tasty! There are main dishes in the menu as well.
For drinks there are regular options (tea/coffee/beer/cider), but this place makes their own liquors and schnapps based on different berries/fruits or nuts. Their most popular is based on cones, and it’s really good one, I also recommend you to try liquor based on dry pear - it’s awesome :)
You can also buy it in a bottle in the restaurant.
Very friendly and smiley staff. Perfect view on the valley and mountains, there is a big terrace in front of the restaurant.

Stopped for lunch after climb up mountain ⛰.and received a very warm welcome from the owner, a charming young lady. Food was excellent and pleasant surroundings. Would go back in a blink of the eye.

Beautiful and well-kept place in the mountains, delicious food with the possibility to order multiple amazing gluten-free dishes. Very nice and helpful service.

Great place to visit having a rest and enjoy the tasty local food. Awesome view. Can be visited by car. There will be a small charge for using the road when you go down again. Good place to start hikes to other mountain tops. Hikers, Bikers Mountainbiker everyone very welcome. Check out yourself!

Die Jungen Pächter sind ein Wahnsinn. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche ein Traum, selten so gut gegessen da können sich manche Haubenköche was abschauen. Mit diesen Mitteln zaubern sie besonderes aus der Küche. Und alle Speisen frisch und nichts aus der Dose. Für eine Almhütte besonders Toll.

So tolle und liebe Pächter. Hier macht das Einkehren Spaß und Freude. Die Pächter sind mit Herz dabei und das wir an die Gäste weitergegeben. Das Essen ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Für mich ist das die schönste Hütte. Der Blick ist traumhaft.
Den Pächter wünsche ich von Herzen alles Gute.

Tolle Hütte, sehr aufmerksamer & herzlicher Service, sensationell gutes Essen!!!! Man merkt, dass auf der Schwaigerhütte mit viel Liebe gearbeitet wird ... von der Deko bis hin zum Anrichten des Essens und der Getränke. Ich habe den Aufenthalt dort wirklich sehr genossen und kann diese Hütte nur jedem empfehlen! Ich komme gerne wieder :)
