I discovered impressive traditional art! We visited for Christmas. It was festive, warm and the staff was really friendly. It's an extraordinary experience especially for families. The chidren's playground has a treasure finding play rarely found at any other place and childrean really love it! I recommend visiting the museum. It's worth it!

Wonderful scenery and breathtaking views.

That’s a very wonderful place and a very wonderful museum. The dinos on display were so realistic that we were afraid to touch it and the treasure hunt was super fun. I will trade them with my bro!

Absolutely delightful place. Tells some of the ancient myths and legends of the area, then a little geology with some crystals and gold. Then leads into the more recent history including a very graphic and illuminating video of the Dolomites during the first world war. (More videos if you speak Italian and/or German).

There is also a maze of gift shop/cafe on two levels. Mostly Christmas themed souvenirs, but worth a browse all the same. Expect to spend an hour or two here.

Worth a visit! We've seen the shop cuz the museum was closed. The architecture of the place it's amazing!

Abbiamo scoperto questo museo un pò per caso, attraverso la Brixen Card offerta dall'hotel, che dava accesso gratuito a tantissimi musei e altre strutture nell'intero Trentino.
Il museo è molto interessante, all'interno sono esposti molti esemplari di minerali, fossili e rocce oltre che ricostruzioni di animali preistorici, leggende e miti sul territorio delle dolomiti.
Il timing delle slide è un pò troppo rapido, si ha difficoltà a leggere i testi completi.
L'ingresso al museo è all'interno di un negozio di souvenir su due piani, dal quale sarà quasi impossibile uscirne senza aver comprato nulla, forse una strategia di marketing?! 😅

Un tuffo nel passato archeologico senza allontanarsi troppo dalle bellezze dell'artigianato locale. Un ambiente curato fin nei piccoli particolari tutti esaltati con la ricostruzione degli ambienti originali. Un rara bellezza 🤩. Merita senza dubbio una visita. 👍

Davvero interessante!m sia per grandi che piccini. Piccolo museo ma denso di reperti e informazioni che spaziano tra scienza, storia e mitologia. Piccola pecca che le didascalie digitali nelle prime sale scorrono così velocemente che è impossibile leggerle. Si potrebbero rallentare un po’ oppure perché no tornare alla cara vecchia stampa ;-)
