This place was very pretty and cozy. Don’t let the small bakery fool you. One of the best I have tried and Ive been to quite some around the world. I prefer more savory pastries and they had quite a variety of those. Soooo delicious! I couldn’t get enough. Coffee and hot chocolate were also lovely!

We arrived at Hallstatt very early so many of the places were closed. This Cafe was the only one that was open and the guy who served us had impeccable English and was very polite. He even rushed some croissants because we were craving something with chocolate.
The cappuccino was great as well as the hot chocolate and the sandwich.

In my entire lifetime of traveling for almost 3 decades, I’ve tried quite a number of bakeries (Bäckerei) and there’s only 2 that really hit the top notch, one in Japan and another is this. Don’t let this small café fools you because they definitely have a lot to offer. Hop in and you will long for more. We keep piling our table with more orders because we just can’t get enough. I prefer a not too sweet, sweet dessert and they deliver just that. Different people may have different preference, but to me, this one is a memory of lifetime. I hope they continue making good quality bakes.

I liked the sandwhiches and okay prices. Staff was friendly and it was quickly building up as the tourists arrived.

Beautiful Little bakery and the staff are fine and also help you buy things because they speak English. They have the best German cookies. This little bakery is inside Salzburg Austria where there are many beautiful little gift shops and the scenery of a mountain and Homes are so beautiful they are breathtaking.

We had butter Croissant, cappuccino and some sweet dish. Everything was so fresh and tasty, cafe staff is so friendly and welcoming. Cafe owner guided us what places are there to visit in Hallstatt town. Must visit its very affordable and fresh. Ambience was lovely. Highly recommended.

Just wow. Conveniently located along the Seestrasse, in a quaint turn-of-the-century building, offers a wide range of cakes and pastries and hot drinks with a vintage flavour. Big plus for the opening hours, since 6am which makes a difference for all other coffee places and restaurant which doesn't open until 9am! Great for us early starters!

While other restaurants in Hallstatt looked very pricey, we passed this little bakery and got a sandwich and a bread roll without any expectations. Surprisingly they turned out so yummy that we bought another sandwich, then a pastry, and then one more to takeaway. We asked the staff for recommended pastries and she explained the ingredients and her suggestions, very friendly and nice. The biscotti offered for everyone to try is also so crispy and delicious, the best I’ve ever had, even better than Italy!

One of the only places that takes credit cards. Most places are cash only. Also they have oat milk for lattes or cappuccinos. They also have some gluten free treats. Highly recommend!

We dined at our breakfast, the food was good and worth the visit.
We had various selections which were tasty.
We recommend this place, although the cashier was not as friendly as he should be.

The interior is great, the service was good too. Cakes were amazing. Don't know what people complaining about high prices expected - this is Hallstatt. There are tourists everywhere of course everything is overpriced. And the cake was worth the 6 euro for sure.

Baked goods were very high quality and tasty. Town is generally overrun by tourists so don't expect the personnel to be extremely patient. Although compared to the restaurant owners, they were very friendly to me despite it being busy. Just make sure to not act like a typical tourist! Gute morgen and danke schon goes a long way.

A lot of snack options to choose from and all delicious. The prices are good and the stuff is very friendly we stayed there for a lot of hours.

Cozy, friendly, and delicious! Great coffee and baked goods. Had a very pleasant time. We felt lucky to found this place. Visited in January when most of the other places were closed.

Super cute bakery.. with awesome sugar coated pies.. reminded me of my childhood..🤩

This was the only bakery that was open when we were roaming around Hallstatt.

Probably the best café in Hallstatt. Very courteous staff and amazing food.
