Terrible experience buying online through Farfetch. Null customer service.
They are not able to provide a solution for a defective pair which is clearly showing paint quality issues in both shoes, under a specific area.

This place is really a Mafia place. All the clothes and shoes will be shown as new collection without discount, but reality is this place buy the products from last year which is 30% and 40% cheaper and sell it to the tourists as full price because when they found out, it's too late. I am lucky to find it out immediately and I want them to tell the truth and pay the fine, which why refused and alomst throw me out of the place with violence.

Beim Betreten des Geschäftslokals wurden wir beide von oben bis unten gemustert allerdings nicht nach unseren Wünschen gefragt, da wir offensichtlich nicht der Käufer Klientel entsprechen. Beim Verlassen hat man es vorgezogen uns nicht einmal mehr zu grüßen.

Kunden die sich "nur" umsehen werden von der Chefin als "Schauerin" beschimpft.
