Our family were without support for a long time; yes it takes a while to find the right team. As parents we have tried many things and was desperately seeking help.
Dr Alberto and his team of professional staff are always invested in the wellbeing of the child and the whole family in a holistic view. Our son has been slowly engaging with all therapists. We are so appreciative with all that you are doing. Email Email Email if you need to get through or change appointments, pretty much anything you must do this!
The ladies are very helpful and work extremely hard. They are the for front of the business. Don’t give up on this service.

Relational Minds held our family's hand and cared for us during a very tricky time. Alberto was very understanding, highly knowledgeable and was able easily able to relate to our family member needing help. We walked the journey back to wellness as a family with RM with us every step of the way. We cannot thank you enough. The art therapies and family clinicians were also excellent.

Excellent service

treaters are great, the reception staff however are incompetent, they don't answer or return calls or emails. I have now been charged twice hundreds of dollars for services that were never conducted and now can't get a response...

Difficult to get hold of anyone, poor communication of cancellations advised via text only without any calls. Doesn't seem very organized. Will be looking else where.

Very disapointed and frustrated, contacted them a while ago as we seriously need help with a very mentaly unwell child, have tried so many avenues and nothing....we reached out to rational minds and filled in the enquiry form, was contacted a while later to fill in more online forms, and nothing, even after an email from our GP explaining the situation...we are getting desperate, and they don't answer the phone, respond to emails, nothing. Even if they were to contact me tomorrow with an appointment I'm not sure we would trust them to help us.i know the system is over run, but they could at least acknowledge an email and a give time frame. Not helping in what is an incredibly difficult situation.

I was completely disgusted with the lack care given to our son by a practitioner.

They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Extremely unprofessional and definitely not the kind of people you want helping you with your mental health. 100% would NOT recommend.

Edit - I was told to fill in a bunch of paper work which I did and was informed someone would call to arrange an appointment, they never did and it’s been months. Since then I have sent you an email to follow up and tried to call multiple times. Fair enough you are over run but how hard is it to send an email that just says “we are not taking new people”. I mean look how long it took you to write a response to this. I guess I’m just a touch confused you could do this but not respond to an email. I’m extremely disappointed.
