I find their matcha with coconut milk and honey the best in Sunbury area. They now offer 10% discount for more than $30 spend if you pay with cash which is awesome.

Lovely little spot with fresh, delicious food at very reasonable cafe prices. Servings were generous and beautifuly presented.

Every time we’ve eaten here is has been great. Love that it is a fantastic selection of interesting and creative food that is perfectly presented. The Mac ‘n’ Cheese Waffles were a revelation! I love Tapioca but never see it on menus - loved this version as well. The pumpkin latte was delicious.

Great place to wait and have a great breky. 9 minutes walk from Sunbury Day Hospital. I ordered skinny cap and BLT. Freshly made BLT and awesome coffee taste and presentation.

Fantastic food and coffee!! Staff super pleasant and accommodating and minimal wait time even on a busy Friday. As an out of towner couldn't recommend highly enough!! Had the steak and eggs special which was an absolute winner thanks to all the team!

I was hunting around for breakfast in Sunbury walking around O'Shanassy Street and I decided to stop in at The Spotted Owl for the first time, I went to my usual haunt first - but I was way too early!

A very vibrant and busy cafe on a Friday morning, the place was chock full of people which was a good sign.

Service was quick with the front of house staff very confident and on point.

The coffee was great and wow, look at the artwork on the top of it - there's passion in the kitchen for their craft.

The food was great, I had the breakfast plate sans the mushroom, I'm a firm believer that fungi belongs between your toes, rather than on your plate!

I'm glad I found The Spotted Owl and decided to walk in, can recommend.

Very happy with the meal. Service was great and atmosphere good. It was busy when we were there but they didn’t seemed rushed or overwhelmed.. we’ll be back.

I can't remember the last time I put food in my mouth and actually audibly went "MMMMHH"- it's SO tasty, the coffee is delish and the food is 10/10! Staff are lovely and the food is consistently fab 👏🏼👏🏼
