Very nice atmosphere, food is great too. There is a cute shop that is part of the cafe there. The view of the pond and nature is very relaxing and inviting.
The coffee was well presented and the food was amazing. The quality is definitely there I recommend this place. The place was very busy and the waiting was not that long.
The place felt safe too with the COVID restrictions.

This place is amazing! Nice food, really nice service and a wonderful view! The perfect spot for stop even just for coffee on the way! And they have so many different kind of delicious cakes! I just fall in love with this place!! 😍

A peaceful garden escape where you can enjoy truly delicious food. Surrounded by greenery and the sound of the water fountain this place is a must stop. I enjoyed the Wagyu beef burger with delicious chips. A traditional chocolate milkshake which was one to remember. And lastly a slice of chocolate hazelnut cheesecake. The staff are happy and kind. Service was very quick which impressed me. Dog friendly area on the grass.

This was a very lucky discovery on our trip. Booked last minute and right at kitchen closing time, requesting vegan options - so I was preparing to be let down! They delivered above expectations on every count - offered to have food available when we arrived, explained which items could be made vegan and assured us they’d seat us if we were late. We arrived to find the most beautiful rainforest garden setting and exquisite cafe surrounded by nature. The service was absolutely delightful and accommodating. Our vegan wraps with house-made lentil patties, pickles and some kind of out-of-this-world relish/dressing were a massive serving and by far the best I’ve had in 10 years! The coffee on Bonsoy was perfect and even the bathroom was delightfully gorgeous and clean. I can not fault this business. I wish I’d had the chance to tell the owners in person what an absolute credit you are to your community. Who would’ve thought a cafe would be such a highlight of our visit to Agnes! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This was the perfect place to spend the afternoon on a rainy day. The walk up to the cafe is through a beautiful rainforest garden that instantly makes you feel relaxed.

I would vote Getaway as having the best coffee in Agnes Water they use Campos beans and have a variety of different milks available.

The service we received was fantastic and the staff make sure that you have an enjoyable experience.

Decided to pop in here whilst we were on a bike ride, what a find! Probably the nicest place we've been to in the area. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent. The chicken pannini was enough for me. Would definitely recommend visiting if your in the area. It's nice to find a cafe that has given some thought to the customer experience. The only negative thing I can think of is that it was difficult to find, we could have easily not visited. (if you find this review useful please click like to help others find it, thanks)

Getaway is an absolute gem. Having had the chance to first be a customer and then an employee from this family business I can honestly say it's the nicest place in town. Stunning garden, amazing food (the most fantastic cakes!!) friendly staff and caring business owners, Getaway is a must-try! I highly recommend getting breakfast/brunch from their delicious menu or getting the full experience on dinner nights, Wednesday or Sunday. You will be charmed by the sun setting over the pond and the fairylights around the garden will surely add some magic to your night.

So relaxing, peaceful, busy(yet not annoyingly so) staff were amazing, well trained and very helpful, food was super yummy, and service amazing as well.

They have a lovely outdoor dining area, and very accommodating with large groups. The staff were top notch when a member of the party sent back a dish for being cooked well done. Their Reuben sandwich was delectable, hard to find elsewhere.

Beautifull place with an just amazing garden. The staff is welcoming and very nice. I had a piece of just delicous carrot cake and a really good Shake. I can highly recommend this café.

Fantastic cafe and gardens on the edge of Agnes Water. Our coffee was strong and well made, and cakes were spot on. Lovely, peaceful place to take some time out and imbibe some caffeine🏝

Visited here just for lunch and coffee. Acai bowl was large enough to share. Staff were very friendly and the grounds around the place were very well kept. Would visit again 👍

Been coming here off and on for 10 years when we are on holiday. By far the best place to eat in agnes Waters and seventeen seventy. Great food. Great service. This time was no different. Even with all the covid regulation dramas. Fish tacos were awesome!

What a beautiful set up! The food was amazing and the gardens were serene. Will be back when we are in the region again!

Hands down best place to eat and for coffee in both Agnes Waters and 1770. The produce is fresh and delicious. The coffee is Campos and barista standard. All the cakes are homemade and even though we were full after breakfast we couldn't resist taking a slice of cake home with us to try later. Nom! Please note it is closed on Saturdays.

If you’re looking for a place to eat great food in the 1770 region, here is one of the only places you should go. This place beats all the other food restaurants/cafés in 1770 and Agnes water by a mile. We came here for breakfast and I got the fry up and a chocolate protein shake, the food and drink were excellent. The service was great as the staff was friendly and did everything to ensure we enjoyed our meal.

Friendly, welcoming staff. One staff member got a cushion for my Mum to sit, which was greatly appreciated! Relaxing outlook over the gardens and pond. Delicious meals (Waygu burger). Dog friendly outside. Locally made crafts etc also available.

A beautiful place to visit, great food, great service and stunning gardens. I highly recommend the vanilla slice, an absolute must have. A very relaxing and peaceful place not to be missed when visiting Agnes Water. 🥰

My inlaws love this cafe everytime they are in Agnes Water for a holiday. We were thrilled they served campos beans as it's our personal favourite.

We came here for morning tea for the entire week we were there and by the end of our trip, they remembered our coffee orders! We were the 3 strong latte, 1 skinny/weak latte, piccolo and babycino family. I wanted to try every sweets they had on display and my favourite was the mango custard cake. Delish.

We opt for brunch on our last day and was so pleased with my choice of mushrooms on brioche toast. Sooooo yummy.

The atmosphere was relaxing. Gorgeous greenery around that made it 10°c cooler.

Fantastic little cafe. Very chilled and dog friendly! Food is quality and service is good. Worth a few visits when you come to Agnes.
