Came into the shop last weekend to upgrade my vape & got lots of help & a giggle. Always feel very relaxed in the shop & it has a serene atmosphere from the owners. They are very friendly & helpful & I end up staying longer than anticipated having a chat with Gina, Eric & Marty. Very lovely people that make you feel so comfortable. Excellent customer service & lots of flavours, highly recommend if your just starting to vape or want to upgrade or accessorize 😃💨

Eric and his lovely wife are the absolute A Team when it comes to Vaping! He fixed my vape which I thought was unfixable. He seriously goes the extra mile. I recommend them so much. first vape I bought in years the owners run a clean and professional business, even lent me a vape till my colour arrived and their knowledge is beyond our years they can help you with things the kids at the other vape/lounges would look blankly at you for, over the thick smog and acrid BO of the neck beard Clients playing chess in the corner. need a good vape and a tutorial with no fuss they will let you test and browse around minding children and being very patient thank you I’ll be back a lot

I had my vape for more than a month and the mod screw broke i was so worried about taking it back for a refund I got receipts /bank statements ready,but all the worrying was for nothing because they were so nice and helpful walked out with a brand new mod so i can get back to vaping thank you so much eric and gina
