UniLodge at Curtin University - Guild House

Guild House is a lovely and quaint residence for students. The staff here are lovely and bright and try their best to give prompt and high quality services. There’s many activities they host, and information for if one is new to the area including things like road trips, things to do in Perth, but also provide really genuine interactions with their residents.

Originally, I had thought that I would rarely go to the office; but actually I find myself enjoying the small chats I have with Angela and Viviana (the staff) when I do go.

Another extra bonus is that it is also reasonably priced; which in an economy that it is difficult to get rentals as it is, is super refreshing.

I recently had a great experience with Guild House. A few weeks ago, I accidentally locked myself out of my room. Although there was a lockout fee, the management team went above and beyond by offering a food hamper to help offset the cost—an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated.

I want to extend a special thank you to Angela and Viviana from the Guild House office for their exceptional support and kindness. Their professionalism and empathy made a significant difference in my experience.

The management team at Guild House is not only professional but also empathetic, ensuring that students feel supported throughout their stay. The facilities are well-maintained, and the environment is perfect for both study and relaxation.

For any students coming to Curtin University, I highly recommend Guild House as a comfortable and student-friendly accommodation option in Perth.

Very friendly and welcoming community. Viv and Angela at reception are always helpful and chatty. ~2min away from the gym and ~10min away from the shops. AMAZING!

Great place to stay if you are new to the country as a student. There are plenty of facilities available in the common room such as plenty of board games, Nintendo’s,musical instruments and much more games to spend your free time. The most interesting part is the reception and the staff, both Mariana and Hayley are awesome. They are super friendly and always welcomed to ask questions about any matter. Whether you are planning a getaway, they are able to provide information on places to visit and they are super helpful on your personal matters. The staff plus the residential team organises various events that are super helpful to socialise. The favourite part is you can have a warm coffee from the coffee station which is absolutely free while having a chit chat with the friendly staff in your free time. So finally Guild House is a perfect place to be as an international student.

I have been living at guild house for more than 6 months now and I would highly recommend the service. The staff is very friendly and I find very comfortable living here.

The Guild house team is very helpful. If you are facing a problem, they look for a way to help you. Viviana is really nice.

The accommodation is as close as you could be to class and it makes student life way easier. Guild house is very conveniently placed, both close to uni and other amenities, like supermarkets and fast food restaurants. Just a 5 minute walk either way. Living here has been perfect for me and when it wasn’t, I presented the issue to the staff and it was always resolved as efficiently as possible. The staff is amazing! Angela and Mariana made the whole experience a thousand times better.

Everything is run relatively smoothly here. This is mainly because of Hayley. Every time I met her, she made my day. She always genuinely wants to help in whatever way she can. As long as Hayley works there you will be in good hands. I would also like to add that Mariana is also very nice and helpful. I am assured that they provide the best customer service for students in Perth among all the other accommodations for students.

A great place to spend your days as a university student. Got to know people from all different walks of life and courses. Made friends with housemates and even made a couple of friends for life (legit though).
The staff at Unilodge (Guild House specifically) are second to none, both Mariana and Hayley are incredible! They are always so welcoming, friendly and happy to answer any and all your questions or concerns. They make living away from your home and family so much easier. They helped me during some very hard times by simply being their friendly self.

Keep in mind it’s student housing not the Hilton but also better than a lot of other housing options 👍🏻

You’ll only get out what you put in, so be open to everything and you’ll have the best time and make incredible friendships.

Great place to live, close to class and lots of activities for the residents. Building and rooms a bit outdated but nothing major to complain. Few issues with keys not working while I was there, but staff went above and beyond to help me and to make sure I could feel safe. Mariana and Hayley definitely stars of that place. Great community and I’d definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

Great place to live! Came here as an international student and felt right at home. The people are great and you get to meet people from all walks of life and from all sorts of different countries and backgrounds. If you're thinking about living there, just do it. :) You won't regret it.

I am living here from last 1.5 years. I would recommend every curtin student to live here. Staff are too cooperative specially mariana and Angela.

As a practical person this place is perfect for me. Close to University main area, gym, and shopping centre. Few bus stops just in front of the house if you need to go to the city. Friendly staff and there are lots of event every month from food event to sport event.
